Little Caesars

I intentionally DIDN'T read the reviews before I went into this location bc the star rating seemed a bit strange to me. 2.7! 😵 BTW, in case you're not aware, only certain pizzas are hot & ready, others have a wait time. They used to only have Hot'n Ready, so I guess ppl got spoiled. 😕 look it's Little Caesar's, as long as the pizza is relatively fresh, the store is clean, and the staff is Nice, it's a 5 star location for this pizza chain. 😍 this store for all of the above. We went in about 9pm on a Monday night, it was dead. We were driving back from Marysville, WA to Salem, Oregon & decided on that for food. We picked up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza, it was really fresh and hot, the staff was very friendly, and the store was clean. 😀 my husband & I had a great experience, and it was one of the more pleasant Little Caesar Locations I've been to. 😄 do if they head big problems, my guess is, they've been fixed. Pizza is good. Not impressed with the fact that none of the workers were wearing hair nets. Place is tiny and cramped cant hardly even get inside to order. Girl who was working front desk was talking quiet i could hardly hear her. Had to ask several times what she said. Plus heard the people in the back say my order was done yet girl in front stood there doing nothing. Finally after about ten minutes another girl from back noticed i hadnt got my food yet and came around and gave me my food.

I now have food poisoning because a male worker wasn’t happy I wanted FRESH sauce.. Few weeks ago I got pizza and a side of sauce. The Sauce tasted rotten or old. So yesterday when I came in I asked for Sauce but fresh, respectfully as possible. The lady explained that they usually have sauce done at night, for the next day but the sauce I got could of been a few days old. So she asked a man in the back to open a ‘new’ can of marinara sauce. He was not happy when asked to open a can, and the entire time he was looking at me from the back glaring and giving me dirty looks. HE seemed to be very upset. I waited at least 5 minutes and he was taking his time as slow as possible. Well I am positive I was given a old container because I am puking, and he must of thought he was funny, or he added something to the sauce. YOU NEED to be respectful to customers & if they are saying something does not taste right, maybe look into it. Maybe they should be using date dots to make sure they are not handing out rotten or expired product. If you are miserable there, change your job.... this is fast food and you must have good customer service. The counter girls were amazing help, but I will no longer come back to this location. Not until they hire better, cleaner workers who care about giving customers quality food. I have contacted corporate and will be going to the owner of this location.

We called and placed an order, they told us 20 minutes. We showed up to pick up our order on time with three hungry kids. They gave our pizza away. I highly do not recommend this little ceasers. No customer service skills here, and people lashing out in the back and yelling. No thanks, I'll take my hard earned money to somewhere with better service.

I don't mind little ceasars but I'm not too sure about this location. I put in a phone order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came and they said it would be right out so I waited in the store. 43 minutes later I had my food. I figured okay, maybe it was just a bad day. Then about a week and a half later my husband and I went back to grab some stuffed crust for the kids. We were told they didn't have any. So we ordered regular crust and came back when they told us. The pizza wasn't ready so we waited. A customer came in when we were waiting and the customer ordered stuffed crust and got it! We looked right at each other and my husband asked why couldn't we get stuffed crust because they other cashier said you didn't have any. She looked at us dumbfounded and shrugged her shoulders. This might be the last time we come in this location for a while. Expect your pizza not to be ready for an additional 10+ minutes after the initial wait time they quoted you.

Called in and asked if they had pizza ready. Was told yes. Went in and made my order. 2 extra pepperonis and a Hawaiian.... was told it would be 10 minutes. No big deal, over 20 minutes later I am handed 2 boxes and looking at the tag it was for a different order. I said this is not my order. Then was told we forgot to put your order in. And it would be at least another 10 minutes. I just asked for a refund and lost roughly a half hour of my life..... I really wished the kmart and that little caesar's was still around.

5 dollar pizza box is the only thing this place has to offer. The staff is terrible. I got put on hold 3 times and hung up on. Went in to pick up food and it was never made. Gave the staff change to get back two quarters and that amount of math much have been the hardest thing this person has ever done. After explaining it multiple times she had the manager come over, after explaining to the manager she said "oh ok it was just to much math for her to do in her head"..... There's no hope for the future...
