My wife and I stopped in, and when I saw Silvia’s had a bean dip appetizer, I had to try it. It had a rich, white queso with refried beans and was well worth getting! For lunch, I had the Denise Burrito. I couldn’t help myself and ordered a side of rice; I had to try it as Mexican rice is one of the sides I like to compare between restaurants. The burrito was covered in the white queso and the overall flavor of the dish was great! It was filling enough without the side of rice. My wife and I agreed that the rice had a unique flavor and slightly different texture than the “usual” Mexican rice, but it was delicious! My wife tried the fish tacos and they definitely lived up to the rave reviews online. If you’re passing Checotah on I-40, Silvia’s is worth the stop!

Freshly prepared, delicious mexican food! We absoutley loved our experience at Silvia's Mexican Restaurant. Very friendly wait staff from the moment we walked in the door. They answered every question we had about the menu. Gave us advice on what to order, I'm very happy I took their suggestion to order Silvia's Special which is Grilled steak, chicken and shimp (yes all 3) cooked with onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes served over a bed of rice and covered with cheese sauce which was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Silvia's
Food was fair. Not enough seasoning and salt. Fajitas no seasoning and alot of onions and large chunks of bell peppers, meat was cut small. (And I love these veggies) Shrimp was good but still had tail on it mixed with the meat.
Dip, chips & tea were very good. I will say, they give you more than you can eat.
Not sure if I'll come back, unless seasoning is added to food.
This is exactly what I have been craving!!! I had to drop my trailer and bobtail here. I parked in the rear could smell the food before I could park. The menu selection has everything and more to offer. You also get a family vibe from the staff and customers
Not much parking here, but for a small place it packs a big punch. The waitresses are nice, all smiles. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and It came as beef. The beef tasted bland. I couldn't eat it. But my dads food was awsome
Absolutely delicious! Ms. Silvia was so sweet and gave us oatmeal to go! Great staff!
