Amazing food. Great atmosphere and service! Food was fantastic and took a lot less time to get out than I would've expected!! They're cakes we're so huge-unfortunately. This place has LITERALLY EVERYTHING from around the globe. It was all good!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

I was a on a family vacation this weekend and I must say that I’ve had the time of my life here in Chattanooga, Tennessee! There were so many eateries to choose from and we ended up here since we were hungry after we just made it into town! Wow, absolutely loved the ambiance of the restaurant. From the people to the vintage design, I loved it. As soon as we walked in, the smell of the cooking just hits you! Once we got seated, we couldn’t wait to dig in! Once we started looking over the menu, we realized that it was indeed an old fashioned styled diner as the menu had several pages full of an assortment of breakfast, lunches, and dinners. You could literally get anything here! Our waitress was absolutely amazing and Happy Birthday to her! I ordered the patty melt on rye bread with fries and this was the best patty melt I’ve ever had! The flavoring was so simple, yet eloquent. I loved the home style sandwich taste. On another note, this business handles high volumes of people very well. The place was packed but people were in and out. A solid 10/10!!
The vibe and energy here will make you smile. The service was great, the staff work together very well. The food......excellent. The Eggs Benedict are really good. The buttermilk pancakes have an amazing rich flavor, go light on the syrup, they taste great without it. Will definitely be back😊
This was my first time going to the City Cafe Diner, and it was amazing! The blueberry pancakes were so delicious!! The pancakes were cooked perfectly with fresh blueberries inside of them. My wife had a patty melt with home-made fries.
I can't wait to go back and try lunch and dinner menu items.
Even though they were extremely busy, we got seated right away. Our waitress was so friendly and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! You get huge portions at a very reasonable price. Love the music selection they were playing. Very upbeat.
We're definitely coming back soon!

Ate here around 11:30P.M. after seeing a comedy show. The place was packed...but it didn't take too long to get seated.

Met a couple of friends for breakfast here. It was a great decision! I had the Philly cheese omelet, it was outstanding. One friend had the western omelet, the other had eggs benedict. Both raved on their meals.
The decor was great. The restaurant was very clean and the service was great. Definitely going back when in town.
Really cool and eclectic diner that has the biggest menu you’ve ever seen with great service! You want Mexican? Done. Italian? Sure. Greek? You betcha. And don’t forget a mile-high cake or giant slice of baklava!
