Sonic Drive-in

I ordered from Door Dash. The only thing good was that the foot long hot dog was good. The tots was cold. It's not because the dasher took too long. He got here within 10 minutes of picking up the order. He was amazing went above and beyond. I ordered a grape slush and got grape slime just syrup no ice. It was nasty. Never again.

Unfortunately the sonic last night had no speaker box to order so we waited an hour in line for food. It was the only place open. I was happy to wait and very kind to the lady at the window. She was very kind as well (: but I was extremely disappointed when I got to my friends house and took a bite out of my mozzarella stick and found no cheese. Not just in one… IN ALL OF THEM HAHAHA I guess I’ll be calling and asking for a solution… an hour wait for no cheese. (I also almost drove off without my burger.. thank goodness I checked the bag)

Extremely subpar food and service. Not only are the stalls for ordering unusable. But none of the staff is helpful. Sat at a stall for 30 minutes waiting for an online order, only for it to get canceled. Pressed the button to get help and the guy said get in the drive thru line because they are only seving drive thru, which was packed all the way out to the main road. Some people pulled into different stalls after us and got their food after a few minutes. So it was great being lied to. Don't even get me started on the food! It was not only cold, but missing things as well. My milkshake was rotten sour! We asked for our missing items and a new shake but were denied any assistance. If you're willing to wait an hour to get food, just go to a sit down restaurant instead of here. At least somewhere else you're not going to be pushed out of line because of their dumb line timer. I've waited to put in a review for here hoping that this location will get better, but it has in fact gotten worse. Do not come here, you will leave extremely disappointed.

If I could give this place a -1 I would. I have been going to this place for 8 months and this place has never been great. The stalls to order are always closed so you have to go through the drive-through which takes 15-30 minutes to order then You have to wait for your order. Tonight I went and waited 15 minutes in line to order a milkshake. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I ordered said milkshake to learn that they cannot make milkshakes at this time. I ask for a sonic blast she then continue to tell me that the ice cream machine was broken and that my only choices are soda and slushy‘s. They need to have signs posted saying they do not have ice cream so I would not have to wait 15 minutes to find out. I then told all the cars behind me that they don’t have ice cream and left

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to. 20-30 minute wait times are completely normal and I frequently see more employees outside on break than working. This last time I made a mobile order and pulled into a stall, checked in, and it said someone was on their way with my order...they never showed up and I waited another 10 minutes in the drive thru line before they even answered the intercom.
