Terrible service, ordered online for pick up with more than an hour before closing, got confirmation # and paid with confirmed time, went to store and they didn't have the order, got an email saying the date of pickup had been moved to the next day at the time it was supposed to be picked up originally and they were very rude. There was not an option to order for the next day and it even specified 20 min pickup. Eventually asked if we could just pay for new sandwiches again and the owner randomly said that they were closing 40 min early and that we could come tomorrow early afternoon. Wouldn't give refund. Worth the drive to another location. Wouldn't give them your money...

I came to pick up a DoorDash order. There was only one customer ahead of me and the food was supposed to be ready at 10:30 and I didn’t get my food until 10:45. The lady making the food was really sweet but she was not in a hurry to get the orders done at all.

Worst customer service ever. The employee was talking on the phone to a friend while somewhat listening to my order and slopping the ingredients together. Very rude.

If I could give them less stars I would. I came in 10/10/21 Sunday around 1:30. The guy was very rude and rushed me on placing my order with his wife and kids hanging out in the lobby. I had to excuse my 6 yr old outside while I politely explained to him how rude he was being. He wouldn't allow me to speak, I wasn't loud or rude. But I calmly let him know that the way he rushed me was very rude. Also that if he was closing he should've mentioned that politely when I walked in the door. I reminded him "that without customers you would have NO business, remember that." I will NOT support businesses that are rude to the people that are keeping them in business. I would suggest you do the same. I'll MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS NOT TO SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. NEVER AGAIN

I hate that I didn't get her name, but the young lady working by herself on Sunday, Oct. 24 was AWESOME! She handled multiple sandwich online orders and a steady stream of customers by herself while STILL maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. She needs a raise. The BEST COVID19 procedures in place!! Super friendly service & great deal!

Had the worse service, at this Subway, yesterday. The guy was so rude. Called & he said he didn't take telephone orders & then he filled a large one right in front of me. Stopped my order to do it. Then he didn't want to take coupons (I called & asked before I went.) He went in the back & stayed about 5 minutes & finally came back & finished my order. I will never go there again. SO RUDE!!!

You could build a decently sized town home with the left over corners they cut here. Poor, slow service (only me and one other customer inside the store). The employee at the counter had an attitude, rolling his eyes, shaking his head. Food was dry and did not taste fresh, avoid this location.

Sad we ordered 4 subs show up to pickup and only had 3 ask for 4th and they informed us they were out of bread but subbed with flat bread. None of the 4 we ordered were any where near correct. Very disappointed in the amount of meat and etc placed on them as well and none of them had the delicious sweet onion sauce we requested. If they can't understand a simple oreser they should not be working there.
