i give it 2 stars bc they gave a $20 credit towards my account. however i went to get a cheese stuff crust pizza and was given a pepperoni pizza that was half eaten. when i called and told them i couldn’t come back right away bc i was across town they just told me to bring the pizza back when i could. 10/10 recommended double checking the box before leaving the store. :)

I was a pizza Hut fan but very disapointed tonigjt. SPEED WAY pizza is 10 times better than this. The bread sticks taste like saw dust. No one ate it. I think they forgot the cheese !

My order was wrong when they delivered it. They told me that they would bring the right pizza, but 2.5 hours later we still had no Hawaiian pizza! I went to the physical location as they told me that I could pick up the correct pizza. Upon arriving, I called like they asked me to so they could bring it out but no one answered. I finally went inside & they literally tried to charge me for the correct pizza. I was very disappointed with the service that I received. Hopefully, things will get better.

East Ridge Pizza Hut employees were hustling when I went to pick up a togo order! I could tell they were understaffed but they did not let that affect their attitudes or the quality of my order. They were all respectful, communicative and held the door for me on my way out.

The pizza was delicious and the customer service was great. I had a coupon and the guy told me to keep it and gave me a cheaper deal. To me that was awesome and East Ridge will be my new location.

Horrible. A one hour wait to carry out a large pizza that was cold when i picked it up. No survey code on the receipt for feedback. App times out when you try to submit feedback. Tried to call, but the longer I waited, the more upset I got. Just the absolute worst.
