Krystal

Bad. Very very bad. I don’t think I’ve ever given a one-star review, but this place deserves it. I walk in and the floor is sticky, the bathroom is gross, the tables are sticky and littered with trash. I then stood at the counter (not in line) for 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered the bacon ranch cheddar fries, and they gave me chili cheese fries with bacon on top. When I asked for the correct thing politely, I was ridiculed. The staff is so out of it, always. I won’t be back to this location.

Omg.....the service was slow. I ordered 2 of the $5 meal deals. Adter sitting at the drive thru window for almost 5 mins, a person (I think she was the manager) came to the window and said they only had 3 of the 4 chicks and asked if I wanted to wait an additional 4 mins for them to cook some more or another Krystal in its place. When I got back to my job, I noticed none of the chicks had the cheese I asked and paid for, the fries were old and cold. When I tried to call the store, the phone just rang. I called several times but to no avail. I will NOT visit this location ever again. The employees were walking around outside. Those that were in the building were walking around aimlessly, as though they had nothing to do. One was cussing while the window was wide open. The girl on the window just left it open and the manager left it open. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Krystal location.

You know when you crave a Krystal nothing will do but dang bad service puts a bad taste in my mouth!! Not once, not twice , but three times so maybe I can get a good that's as good as we use to put out . That's how I know it's really not hard to do if you LISTEN!!!! SO ANY BODY KNOW A GOOD SERVICE,GOOD FOOD KRYSTAL..... I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT TO Get My CRAVING On!!!!

New gm or district manager us Extra and penny pincher. Not friendly but the staff is okay I moved and was going to go there every morning not going to have him have to find somewhere else to get my breakfast in the morning. Why lose business over a piece of sausage it is not that crucial learn how to treat people the drive-thru is always empty she should want customers

The lady who worked the drive-through was very rude. After I paid she handed me my order I checked my bag and I immediately had to pull over because I was missing something. I went inside stated that my grits were missing and I got jumped on by this girl. Screaming at me and everything! She repeatedly told me she put it in the bag but what she didn't understand was that I had ordered a side order of gravy and that was in the bag with the Grits were not and the grits in the gravy were in the same looking container so I think she thought she put them in there. Long story short I have never in my life been disrespected by someone who works at a fast food restaurant just because they forgot to do their job. Maybe if she would have checked the order before she handed it out I would have gotten my order and I wouldn't have had to come in! Needless to say I'm not returning to this restaurant! And my husband and I eat at Krystal's often for breakfast. Or we did.

I love Krystal, but had a very bad experience at this one. I went through the drive-thru and could hear the girl talking to someone else in the background the whole time... Then I got my Cheese Krystals and they were very dry, as if they'd been sitting out for a long time. I also had Chilli Cheese Fries and they didn't give me any napkins in the bag... The sweet tea was good, though!
