Slowest fast food drive through ever. I’ve attempted to eat here probably 6 or 7 times in the past year, and I think I actually ended up getting food twice. It takes at least 20 minutes to even get to the speaker.
I see at least 3 people leave the drive thru line before I finally do. This place is losing a lot of business. I love Wendy’s, but I won’t attempt to go to this one again.

The drive thru line takes at least one half hour...sometimes longer. The food is almost always cold. The doors the building are almost always locked. Can't order inside or use the rest room. Prices have increased AGAIN! Order the new strawberry frosty n it is nothing but a milk drink. NOT A MILKSHAKE or even close. Waste of money. It is slow because they can't keep any help here. Usually only a 3 person crew. Shame on Management. This is why Wendy's is being sold. The Company will be bought n sold in pieces. Too bad. Prefer this food to McDonald's. TAKE YOUR CHANCES while they are still afloat! $$$$$$$$😡

I went to Wendy's the other night there was no line quick service but when I brought the food home, my boyfriend burger was beyond old and the meat was hard as a rock. I drove back to exchange for a fresher burger. Brought it back home and the cook or whoever made the new burger took a large bite out of the meat. I am happy my boyfriend looked at it before he ate it. That is beyond disgusting and definitely in violation of several health codes. Especially with COVID going around. If it were possible to give the them a negative review I would on a heart beat. I do not recommend anyone going there to eat. I will never eat Wendy's again. DISGUSTING.

Mobile app drive through option selected but it redirected to curbside. The people did not allow me to take my food even though the first person let me to second window. They mentioned something about drivethrough timing. The person delivering to me hated my guts by look on his face. Don't expect napkins. Food was accurate and good. People could be a lil' nicer.

This is for the Chattanooga location off of Dayton Blvd. The location seems to be understaffed and there is a substantial wait. I will say that the cashier/order taker was incredibly nice and was doing her best. Once I got the food, it wasn't great and if I could describe the taste, I would say it's minimal requirements for being edible.

What a cluster....I ordered on the app and nobody could find the order. 4 people were at the front trying to help me and they had to ask the manager to help them with the order. Fries were just sitting in the tray for who knows how long. Red Bank Wendy's needs to do better.

The frosting machine is always broken.
They closed their dining room earlier than their posted times.
They closed their drive-thru earlier than their post of times.
They turn off their signage and lights early in order to discourage or mislead customers into thinking their closed.
I was told the wrong total at the drive-thru. I corrected the worker and was told I ordered wrong. I proceeded to show them my order was right and they repeated the wrong total to me again. I showed them again that it was their system that was wrong and not my order so she asked her manager. The manager who couldn't bother to come to the window said "we don't have time for that right now". She proceeded to tell me my wrong total a third time. No apologies just attitude.
My burger looks like it was stepped on and left behind the fryer for 3 days before serving.
If you want to be able to order the food on their menu, or if you want to be charged the prices they advertise, or if you want the food you do get to be edible... I remind you to listen to the words of their manager: they don't have time for that right now.

Waited in the line for 30 minutes as usual only for the employee (who was parked in the middle of the drive through in his car with his headset on) to tell me the drive through was “down”. I have no clue what that means, been living in chatt for 2 years and this Wendy has consistently been terrible and looses business constantly. If I could give them 0 starts I would.
