If I could rate this institution negatively I would. The entire management is staffed by kids barely old enough to drink (if that) and they maintain charge of the most unprofessional, disgusting, and nonsensical workplace I've ever been in. There's a reason they have constant turnover. Also, one of the managers was teaching new servers how to illegally overserve certain guests without getting caught. I feel so bad for the few good folks stuck working there because it's an absolute trash heap full of garbage for people.

Ok so the name has changed to Tailwind and Radar Bar. I had the Cuban sandwich and potato salad. The cuban's pork is very lightly seasoned so skip the mustard. Now the ciabatta bread is far from authentic cubano but hey it's good for a non-pressed Cuban sandwich. Potato salad was excellent. Wait staff were excellent. I would eat here again.

My wife and I unfortunately were forced to fly home from Chattanooga Tennessee on Thanksgiving morning 2021 because of a stroke my mother-in-law suffered. This was only a day after we had arrived and four days earlier then planned. We were literally one of only a handful of people in the whole airport on Thanksgiving. My wife and I enjoyed a nice lunch and a couple drinks. There were only three flights scheduled for the day and only about 40 total passengers. Because of this my wife and I spent four hours with the staff of this restaurant one on one( Staff was only two people that morning). Because of what happened my wife and I were in a bad spot emotionally. Although I’m ashamed to say I don’t recall either of the two staff members names, you know who you are. To the very slender young lady who threw a dart at the map leading her to Chattanooga to live. As well to the bartender with the long beard who is a retired OTR truck driver, My wife and I want to wish you both happy holidays. Your hospitality, advice, positive attitudes about working on Thanksgiving in a virtually empty airport, fun interesting and amazing stories.. You made our terrible morning so much better. These two individuals show what true customer service is and I would be proud to employ either of them. We will be back Chattanooga! I promise we will swing through your restaurant and we truly hope our paths cross again. As well the food was amazing and the drink suggestions were also delicious! SOLID airport burger! Decent sized patty, lots of toppings, delivered FAST (it’s an airport, it figures). Bun wasn’t overwhelming. Great service! Definitely a top three of all the airport burgers I have ever had!

They forgot my order and couldn't make it before I had to get on my flight. I guess it's my fault for waiting 15 minutes before asking... The tickets have numbers on them but they don't use it. They just put the item on the counter, announce what the item is a d everyone has to hope nobody ordered the same thing. Nobody knows whose item is whose. Pretty bad system in general that leads to mistakes. Management needs to step up and implement an organized system for customers and for staff, because it's a mess... They have the money to do this for what they charge for microwaved food. I don't Blame the employees. It comes down to management.
