Probably the worst service I've had from a fast food restaurant. Cashier/ order taker was rude and very cold to us. We were very polite in telling her we had 2 orders. She seemed frustrated and proceeded to take our orders
My sister asked for a meal but then told her she didn't want a drink. She responded "well you don't want a meal".
I was a little baffled that we had not been rude to her. I ordered a kids meal with apple juice. She forgot to separate the orders so that made her even more rude. The chicken tenders I received were COLD not kinda warm but cold as if they had been in the refrigerator. We came back because I couldn't eat those. Told her on the mic as the inside was not opened she simply said "pull up". She walked away from the window and sent the MGR TRAINEE Jeremy to the window as she knew she has been rude, rushing us and simple acting as if she hated her job and was ready to leave. It was 9:15pm but no reason for rudness. Jeremy didn't apologize and simple said they are hot. Fast food service has gotten so bad now. I think owners and managers simply want a body to work. Good service does not exist. The "red head"cashier with glasses as I didn't get her name. I will not be back.

Another great overall experience, excep they were out of that macaroni tht i love oh so much. Buy everything was served up fresh and couldn't been any quicker.

This Arby’s is great. The young ladies working the night shift on 1/27 deserve a raise. They were so kind and made sure the food was fresh. They are amazing!

GO FISH! Not one Arbys in the entire Chattanooga area has the fish sandwich, so as the ad says: Go Fish (to another restaurant that actually serves what they advertise.)

I was order a side salad on 12/9. It was late I have 3 kids. I went home and opened my side salad and all the lettuce was brown. I looked on the bottom of the plastic container and the date read 12/8 to use by. I threw it away and called the store 12/10 to advise of my old salad. I then asked may I receive a fresh salad as a replacement and I was advised by the manager (female) that I needed to have the food ( a 2.60 salad) or a receipt which I don’t think I ever received in order to get a fresh side salad. As if I was lying about my experience. I will be going to brainerd rd Arby’s from now on

The cashier was super good and got our order right even though we had a big order that was a bit complicated. There were only a few people working but they had our order ready quickly.
