Las Margaritas

So just discovered this place was here. After a walk around the building looking for entrance we found our way inside. Staff wasn't unfriendly but at the same time not friendly. Menu is basic fare. We ordered unsweetened Ice Tea. But we got sweet tea. Looking to be one of those meals I am sure to regret. We asked a minute to look at the menu but that was 17 minutes ago and still no return to take our order. So he took our order but rushed off before I could add other dishes to it. Oh well, maybe they don't need a bigger check...decor is worn, clean but worn. Order the fresh guacamole starter, well presented dish. Flavorful, fresh and really good. Main dishes add some issues. Enchilada sauce is pretty good, the Enchilada tortilla thick and dense. The Tacos both street traditional and the corn hard shell very basic. One would be hard pressed to screw up a taco. Rice, beans standard boring . To be authentic, As you claim. I want the foods your grandmother and great grandmother would cook and serve. Not the short cut version every Mexican restaurant does. but I digress, for the cost it isn't completely horrible. However do not be confused with this being authentic or even a good place to stop. For me, I kind of wish I didn't find this place. As for the signage throughout the entrance. I would suggest removing it.

Love, Love, Love this place!! Haven't had this good of Spanish food in a long time. Our waiter was extremely kind and would even joke around and play with our kiddos! Food came out extremely quick and we were attended to asap! To our waiter: thank you so much for your phenomenal service! Our son absolutely adored you, and you made the end of a good day even better!

If I voted give no stars I would. There was 3 of us. My mom me and my 2 year old. Mom ordered tea I ordered coke and sprite for the baby. I was brought a sprite and nothing for the baby. Had to wait at least 15 minutes before theh brought a high chair. Food came out except for my babies ( chicken tenders n fries) I had ordered him chicken fries cuz it was on the menu. I was told it had been years since they had those. Anyways he didn't get his food till 20 mins later. After my mom n I had finished our food. My chicken was burnt. Worst meal ever. Manager asked what he could do. I told him to do something off the bill. I would ask for a credit but never coming back. He took off 11. Dollars. When I told them we weren't coming back the Manger said " Don't come back we have plenty of customers ". Wow. This place has gone down hill since last time I was there. Wich had been bout 2 years.
