My whole experience was horrible. I ordered a 14pc mixed with mac and cheese, red beans and rice, and a side of coleslaw with 6 biscuits as apart of the app offer. I waited about 15 minutes and my order was completely wrong. There was nothing but breast pieces of chicken and it was NOT fresh. It tasted burnt and like it had been sitting in the grease.
They threw some fries in a box and gave me mash potatoes. When I tried calling to let them know my order was wrong no one answered, and they charged me for an extra side that I did not get.

Every chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from Popeyes has been absolutely spectacular. Not this one… This was the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life from them. I’ve worked in the restaurant business in almost every position with the exception of manager (dishwasher, busboy, line cook, host, server and bartender), but this was just horrible food. It tasted like the chicken had just been taken out of the freezer and immediately thrown in the fryer. Either that or it had been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. It was chewy, bland and had an overall odd taste to it. I don’t believe I will be coming back to this location.

So today I went to lunch around 2on a Friday. There was 3 cars in front of me. It took an eternity for someone to get my order. But the food was warm and good. I will warn you this location never has Cajun rice or fresh corn on the cob. But the sweet tea was perfect, the red beans and rice was exceptional. Today, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich- spicy sauce on top and bottom bun, 4 pickles and a nice size chicken filet. The person who gave me my food was polite and wearing a mask. Overall good experience.

Absolutely horrible service. Came to location and put in a web order at 10:30 a.m. Then got rudely told there was no chicken ready. I asked why is the app accepting orders now then. No answer. Okay so at this point I assume they are only open because of the Super Bowl. Guess employees don't want to be at work today. Just asked a question about the cookies being made fresh and it was like I was asking too much. Got told it won't be until 11am before they will be open with chicken. I was told normally we're not open on Sunday. Is that the customer's fault? So at this point I'll have to wait over 30 minutes for my order. I asked should I leave and then come back? Got kinda an unsure weird response. I was okay with waiting or leaving and coming back my only request was a water with the order. Walked to window from car only to see one girl walk away like she was saying something and irritated. I'm assuming a different girl who was the manager or team lead comes to window and says what order with an attitude. She says we don't have any chicken ready it will be awhile. I said I was already told that. I leave and come back and the food still isn't brought out to me. Then I begin to see other customers getting food and leaving I called , no answer I go to window girl gestures like get in line. I got a mobile order that I already told you about 30 minutes ago. I said are you saying get in line again? Again attitude. Wait a minute sir. What is your name?Really? Still had to wait. Finally at 11:45 I get my food brought half way out to get yelled at to come meet employee half way. Then I get home and I have fried tenders when I asked for blackened tenders. Got macaroni when I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy. Didn't even have the correct sauce I requested. Totally disgusted with the lack of customer service skills and lack of caring. How do you screw up the very first order of the day? Ridiculous. Plus food was cold and didn't seem fresh at the beginning of shift. How? I got there early to beat rush and to have fresh food. As I'm sitting in curbside parking space employee comes out and yells at me to drive to her because she's too lazy to walk to the car. I got handed my food while she was on the phone outside, no apology for horrible service or anything. Haven't been to this restaurant in years and now I remember why. Won't be back anytime soon. No idea about customer service whatsoever.

Hwy 58 is probably one of the worst locations for this place. As soon as I pulled up they had an employee out side telling people to come inside of the building instead of going through the drive through. Saying they have just been having too many people coming through drive through. I just had surgery on my foot though, so was unable to come inside. Honestly it made me feel super uncomfortable, and really kind of hurt my feelings. I'm already struggling enough with this surgery and not being able to walk. Really didn't need to be made to feel bad for not coming inside. Any who... After waiting 20mins in line and getting to the speaker. I then waited 15 more mins just sitting there. No one ever said a thing to me even after I said hello at the 10min mark. To which I finally drove off. This type of thing happens constantly. Or as soon as you get to the speaker they say they are out of everything, but yet you can order those things with online ordering at that location. I'm not sure what's going on at the hwy 58 store, but your employees are miserable. Obviously not wanting to work or even be there. Maybe if they were paid better they wouldn't be out here hurting people's feelings and running off customers. Just a thought. I highly recommend not going to this location at all costs. They will forget to put half your food in the bag as well. Just don't do it.

I was in the drive thru for 52 minutes. 52 MINUTESSSS!! Lol but they still get 5 stars because I’m assuming they’re understaffed so they are doing the best that they can. Anywho my food was the bomb🥰 I’m still thinking about the red beans & rice🤣 I ordered so much food and my order was correct and fresh!! Customer service was good too. No complaints here

Two days in a row went by at 11 am and couldnt get food. First day they said their system was down and would take 20-30 minutes to boot up again. The second day, they said the oil wasn't warmed up for 20-30 minutes. It seems they aren't ready anywhere near opening time which is an hour before I arrived.
