Ordered in drive thru because dining room was closed. They had us pull up to wait on fries. Waited about 15 minutes for food to finally come out. While we waited we watched car after car come through getting their order. Our order arrived and fries were on half full and only warm.

This location has the best speed of service of any we go to. The one on 153 is an absolute joke but somehow busier than this Hixson Pike location in Red Bank. Orders have been accurate and out pretty quickly considering how slow other locations are.

Waited for almost 20 mins for my door dash order. Tried to got to the lobby but it was close even tho it say open till 11:30. I’m doing a job just like they are this reflects bad on me not them. Highly disappointed. Waited so long the customers food was cold.

Every time I have ever came here to pickup inside, the workers look at you and ignore you for at least 10 minutes and then you have to wait in a super long drive-through because no one can be helped inside. You have plenty of people inside that you can have one person come up and assist five people who have been waiting over 10 minutes. Overall terrible customer service.

I work for Uber, I pulled up at 10:20, sign said they close at 10:30. Cool. Sit there for 4 minutes, no one answers, I pull up to the window no one answers, I call and I tell them I’m there for an Uber order and they say they’re closed and everything is shut down. I told the boy he needed to turn off the Uber orders then cause if they’re closed it’s messing with my time and money and that I will be calling in the morning because it was currently 10:25 and their sign said 10:30. He responds with “that sounds like your problem not mine, bye” and then hangs up. I am very disgusted, I tried to call back and there was no answer of course.

Ordered 2 diet cokes and shake in drive through. Got to first window and paid. Got to second window and was told their shake machine was broke. Drove away and realized I got regular coke and not diet coke. I do give the manager credit as she personally came to the window and apologized but the service was still inexcusable.

Food was cold. Got the order wrong not once but twice. The woman was rude as hell. I work at red bank mcdonalds. Not only did she get are order wrong but when we went back through to get it fixed they still gave us the wrong food... mine were wrapped in cheeseburger wrappers so I'm assuming they had 2 plain cheeseburgers they fixed with mayo and pickles. My sisters mcdouble wasn't plain and only had 1 piece of meat as well as the other sandwich we ordered. mcdoubles come with 2 pieces of meat we had 2 for 3 with mcdouble plain small fry bundle, 2 mcdoubles only pickle only mayo, 2 regular mcdoubles and 2 large drinks... this is completely horrible service... and I asked her of it was correct when I drove off the 2nd time nope it wasnt... its this reason we get bad rap smh....Definitely should of just gone to my mcdonalds least I wouldn't of been disappointed and had cold food... if I could give 0 stars I would

Slow, they had a bunch of employees working but only one girl at the cash register was doing all the work. She deserves a raise and the people in the back deserve to look for a new job.
