Arby's

I went to Arby's because I had just gotten out of the hospital. I wanted to not have to cook dinner for the family, and, after a low-protein diet of hospital food, I had a craving. The drive-thru attendant was friendly and helpful, and, after taking my family's orders took my order for the Meat Mountain Sandwich from the secret menu. The order was completed correctly and promptly, and everything tasted great. At some other Arby's I have had less-than-great experiences, but I cannot remember ever having a problem here.

I just went through the drive thru at the 3903 Hixson Pike Arby's. They should take good care of the girl working the drive thru! The name on my receipt says Mikaela D. I have a business and if it was in Hixson, I would want her for an employee! She was very sweet, prompt, and had a really good personality. The kind of employee that makes an impression on you in a short amount of time. That's a good employee! I just wanted to give her Kudos because she deserves it, and the food is always good at this Arby's! Fresh and hot every time!

This Arbys is Great! Personal at the drive through are quick and efficient. They always get my order right and I’ve haven’t had any bad experiences here! The food is always hot and fresh. I’m not sure about the other Arbys around town but this one here Rocks the RB sandwich!! (and the Reuben Sandwich)
