I live 6 hour away from this Burger King, and whenever I visit Chattanooga I only come to this location because THE FOOD IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRESH!! And good!! Also the people are nice! And they move really fast. Never a long wait, even if there's a line. Hats off to whoever's running this store!!!!

If you are looking for a great experience and a manager who is on her post especially if you are a person of color this is the Burger King to go to. This Burger King is highly professional and their stars are underrated. Best Burger King experience ever. You must see for your self.

On road trips we have a guilty pleasure of having a vegan Impossible Whopper and onion rings. I love that BK comes through for our junk food vegan fix.

I dined in for lunch. We ordered 3 kids meals for the littles with 3 different drinks. The guy running front cash dgaf. They plated 3 juices and I didn't argue. I just went back out to the car to get a sprite and one little thing 2 juices instead of milk and she was happy with it.
The fries were way overdone
The burgers were made poorly: sobbing wet from the lettuce presumably and the tomatoes just fell off. Tea wasn't out in the dining room.
They don't have enough parking for the number of tables they have.
Add to all that it seems to not be in a good area of town. There were multiple vagrants loitering outside.

I don't know where to begin. This is the worst fast food place in the city. Half the time at night they don't answer the drive thru. Its a dysfunctional high school and everyone seems to be on drugs. Workers'friends are always there slowing down the line. Tonight I was told to stop far before the order window so a worker could talk to her friend at the drive thru. Then as I left a worker had their car parked in the drive thru with lights off. Finally he appeared, walked slowly to his car and left so the cars behind him could leave as well. Are there manages? An owner? The orders are rarely correct and rarely warm. Never go here. It should be shutdown.

Always good food! Drive thru is extremely busy BUT FAST!
The girls at the drive thru window are always friendly and thorough and my order is always right!
The only disadvantage to this location is pulling out of the drive into traffic. You have to be alert!

Don’t go at night. The parking lot is dangerous. Full of drunks, addicts, people screaming, walking up to cars, etc. It was honestly shocking and I’m from Atlanta. BK needs to secure the lot before something bad happens. From other reviews it appears it’s been this way for years though.

Ordered a simple original chicken sandwich, paid told to pull forward and wait, waited 17mins for a chicken sandwich, not sure if they had to run and catch the chicken or what but that's a little ridiculous for 1 sandwich
