Pizza Hut

Truth be told I ended up at this particular PH out of curiosity because I'd heard that they served fries. To my surprise, they did. On this particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica; who not only revealed to me that they served fries, but other tasty appetizers as well. Jessica greeted me with a smile that I can't seem to stop thinking about, and a restaurant so clean, that it would give The Board Of Health a run for it's money. My wait time for my fries and mozzerella sticks were a little over 5 minutes, which wasn't a long wait at all. Overall, I plan to return to this particular PH in the very near future.

Ordered pizza and pasta for delivery. I received the wrong pasta. Called and talked to the manager. She was very nice,and had a driver quickly bring me the correct pasta. Yes they messed up but they corrected the mistake very fast. I give 5 stars because this was handled very professionally. Also got to keep the other pasta. Thank you very much for your professionalism. The food was fantastic!

Pretty much waited 45 minutes for pizzas to show up on the buffet. When pizza does show up it disappears instantly because so many tables are waiting for pizza. No clean plates to grab. Can see the manager sitting in the office in the back. I only have so much time for a lunch break it shouldn't take an hour to fill up at a buffet. The pizza I did get was good though, so that's positive.

after waiting for over 15 minutes someone finally took our drink order, after they dropped off our drinks it was at least another 20 minutes before they came back to take our order. that is when we ordered cheese sticks and bread sticks, 15 more minutes pass by and our actual order was finally taken. we then received our food (which over half of it was completely wrong and it was a really simple order) before any of our bread sticks or cheese sticks. we had to refill our drinks ourself and the server was rolling his eyes and extremely rude to us. not to mention our server also happened to be “the manager” or so they told us.

I tried to call in a food order at the Pizza Hut on Mtn Creek Rd. They wouldn't answer the phone so I drove there. Seems their phones are not working, that is fine. So I order, go to DG and then come back. He hands me my food and I turn around to ask for napkins and there is no one there! I ordered the Alfredo pasta so I get in my car and look and NO breadsticks 😡. Okay maybe I was mistaken and it doesn't come with breadsticks? I get back to my desk and the pasta is over cooked on the sides and pretty much gross!!! So I am eating it but I spent my entire lunch hour getting it and now it's gross 😡

Better than the last time I visited. I rate a 4 star but before I would have rated a 0. Staff was a lot better and the wait time had improved. Definitely an improvement. Didn't notice any of the old staff who was there flirting with each other and openly talking loudly about their sexual experiences. After that episode anything would have been an improvement.

Sunday evening went with my son to dine in, waitress said to sit where ever we like. After that, no one ever came over to talked drink order, food order. Finally, we just got up left and not one person asked us if anything was wrong. Seems every time I do go, there's maybe two no more than three people working. I blame the owner of this franchise for not employing and staffing properly. I'm a business owner myself and I can't imagine running my this way. I look for you to go out of business any day!
