We got up to the building and my husband was like this is where we are going? I said yepp we walked in and he was like oh wow! The cleanest one yet! Much cleaner than the one by home that we always go too. Can’t help that.. we love the food! I get the same thing always.. my husband changes it up, always great! Our waitress was an older shorter lady with black hair. At first we were not sure if she was kind of a crabby old lady or not… well my husband made a little joke and she burst out laughing! After than we seen her smile ! Food was great and crazy fast and our waitress was great too! Thank you guys for a great Breakfast at Lunch time!

One cook and one server (probably due to Covid). Took us over an hour to get our food, which was delicious. I was in town for a brief visit. So many items on the menu we wanted to try but with the slow service we never made it back. If you plenty of time to wait I would recommend going. If you're in a hurry, keep looking.

It was bad. We waited so there was people walking out because it was taking so long when we got our order it was COLD when we got our toast the butter wouldn't even melt. We set there so long the coffee got cold. The manager was cooking only one thing at a time by the time she got one thing cooked everything else was cold. There was one server & was training another one,she was doing a FANTASTIC job trying to do her job & the other girls to (I would be pulling my hair out)but she kept her cool & was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. She deserves a raise.

Okay. I am giving this a 4 only because of previous experiences. I wish I was a better reviewer and didn’t only review when things are bad, but I can’t help myself. So, to be clear, the other few experiences I had were GREAT . BUT, I just can’t comprehend why when I put in a To-go order at 11:00am and show up there at 11:38 they say it will be an hour wait for 1 item. What’s the point of putting in an order well ahead of my 1/2 hr lunch if it won’t be nearly ready when I get there? I told them to cancel it because I did not have an hr to wait. I didn’t say anything more there because I was so taken aback, but I was wondering why they hadn’t even begun to process a small order I put in 1/2 an hr ago; there wasn’t even that many ppl in the restaurant. Again, the food that I’ve had here was really great so I’m giving it a higher rating because the only problem I had was this 1 out of 5 instance. I was very much looking forward to the delicious stuffed hashbrown that i had before. But I don’t think I’ll be going back because I can’t waste my 1/2 break.

I have got to say this was the worst place I have ever been to. Server was nice I will give them that but the food was the worst. Bacon came out burnt and cold and when server said she would get me more. The cook yelled out across the restaurant he wanted the old bacon back. Was he going to reheat and give to someone else? The Gravy was cold as well and then they just grabbed up my food and said they would not charge me for it. Then asked what kind of tip I wanted to leave said 15% or up. When I questioned the server who had been very nice said you dont have to leave me anything. I heard her talkin to some one else about how my food was not good enough and I was so rude for sending it back. I am sorry but if this is the best a restaurant can do they need to just close. My first thing is the cook should be fired ASAP. he wore gloves but the same pair the while time I was there. Just nasty place and nasty cook and reserving cold bacon makes me glad I got nothing to eat.

Placed an order an hour and a half before closing for delivery (About 4:30 and they closed at 6pm). The website said that they were running about 29 minutes. After my order was placed and I got my confirmation, it said that it would be 48 minutes. This would have been fine. However, It went past the time that they said and I waited until 15 minutes before they closed. I called them several times and they did not answer the phone. In fact it rang 4 times and hung up each time. I got an email at 6pm and they stated. "Order cancelled - Store Closed" No call or anything letting me know what went wrong. On top of that, they kept the money. I attempted several times to call with the same result. Called home office and they stated that as far as they were concerned I need to take it to the store personally because they wont do anything with it. I have all kinds of proof and I will be going down there. But this should tell you how they operate. UPDATE: Tried to settle this with them but nobody would. Finally disputed it through my bank and won. After all I had every bit of the evidence that was needed o prove it.

The menu clearly says they offer free refills on hot coffee and tea, but our server, Suki, insists that she has to charge me for a second tea bag. Would she bring someone a cup of hot water if they asked for a refill of coffee? It's ridiculous! I called the corporate Customer Service line and filed a complaint. Their follow up email thanked me for contacting them, but there was no offer for a complimentary cup of tea on my next visit. This is clearly an issue of false advertising combined with an attitude of indifference, which is why I will not eat at any Huddle House again. EDIT: The General Manager of this Huddle House called and apologized. She said they just got new menus and they used to charge for tea refills and no one had read the new menus. She was very nice and offered me a free meal. I do appreciate the effort and I'll give them another try.
