employee was rude and my quesadilla was burned beyond recognition and considering I was the only customer, I don't understand how that happened. the quesarito had so little cheese in it, i had to open it to check and it was cold.

Worst Taco bell ever. Spent $8 on 3 tacos and a drink. The tacos barley had anything in them. Could of taken everything out of 2 tacos and still not even filled one. Skimpy cheap skates

DoorDashed Taco Bell to our office for my coworkers. We were missing 2 tacos and 2 cinnamon twists. Decided to drive to Taco Bell hoping that I could get my items replaced so that someone wasn’t left out for food. Upon arriving and explaining the situation, the guy that was cashiering up front was extremely rude about it. He told us to take it up with DoorDash and that there’s no way for him to know if we’re lying or not. I explained we just want the food since it was missing and was told no. So I had to REPURCHASE food I never received so that someone could eat.

This Taco Bell on East Brained has always been good. The food we order is never wrong and even when the line looks long, they are great at getting people through quickly. Being so close to home, it's always a hit with the family with burritos and quesoritos 😎

You're a fast food restaurant. People place orders. You prepare food and give it to him. I ordered through the app because it's incapable trying to do it to the microphone so I know you have my correct order. When I order get all the way home and find out I'm missing some of our order. It's very inconvenient for me to drive all the way back across town but I'm doing it. So now with gas prices the way they are I had to turn around and drive back to Taco Bell get out of my car after going to the drive-thru. This is unacceptable. And now I've had to spend more than my lunch cost on gas to drive all way back across town. NOW I ams told to Wait.

The guy at the Window was very rude. I ask to ask something to my order and he told me I would have to do it online. I haven't even ordered online in the first place... if you hate people you shouldn't be in Customer service!! But the 2 ladies that was at the window when I went back through to pick up my order I ordered online was very nice and was very helpful thank you ladies

Always my go to place for fast tacos. Very happy they brought back the mexican pizza! Staff is almost always friendly.

Pulled up to order and thought the screen was off, so we pulled up to the window. We apologized for the misunderstanding and she told us to pull around to order which is okay. When we got to the window she said they were closed and that there was nothing she could do. I just don’t understand why she told us to pull around if she wasn’t gonna be able to get our order. We weren’t offered anything for the trouble.
