Went by the Oak St at 58 highway this evening for a late supper. From the moment I order at the drive thru I was treated with nothing but respect and courtesy. When I got to window the young lady taking my money was awesome and the other young lady that helped get my order ready was just great. Almost drove off with out my tarter stop and the young lady stopped me and reminded me. Just want to say thanks to the crew at the Oak Street locations. Will be doing more business in the future that’s for sure.

I have never in my life experienced fear and disrespect at any fast food location until today. Oct 17th this location was so disrespectful. The manager yelled at me multiple times and aggressively ran out the building to my car as I was in the drive through and came to my vehicle while I had my 4 year old son. I asked for the information for the manager and I was refused. I hope someone can address this soon

The staff was friendly but the food was old and cold. The fish was hard and cold. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. The fries were warm. The green beans were cold. I was disappointed because I paid their price to get good food and not left overs.

Worst place ever on eating out if you feel like eating fish or seafood. Rude people in drive thru. The food was old and didn't taste fresh. These employee at Captain D's on Hwy 58 need to have a better motivation to do a good job in what profession they are in or gtfo out of restaurants who lack putting in quality in customer food.

The night crew here has a consensus of horrible attitudes and this night was no different. I usually drive right past this location and visit Hixson. I should have done the same this night because I hate providing a job to people that obviously don't want one.

Food was ok mac and cheese was cold my husband got fish and chicken or should we say fish the 2 pieces of chicken was half pieces I got the 3 piece with baked potato and Mac and cheese my potato was small and old brown on inside but the older lady running the drive thru was very nice the sweet tea was really good for a plus to this bad experience

Just received shrimp dinner went straight in garbage. Shrimp, hush puppies, fries old & hard. Will NEVER order from there again, 30 dollars down the drain.

I eat there every Sunday I get the senior fish plate and my wife gets the fish and shrimp and I get broccoli and mac and cheese and when I mix them together they're delicious especially when I have lots of crinkles in the bottom of my plate it goes good with the mac and cheese
