I realize it’s probably just a couple of kids working here but… if you need to find the cow, chase it down, butcher it, cook it, and THEN serve it, please let me know so I don’t sit here waiting on my order for 30 minutes. Also, why is one kid working while the other sits there and plays on his phone? Is he waiting for the ‘beef’ patties to cook themselves? An update would at least be nice.

I honestly would have given a 0 star f I could. My husband and I stopped at the Krystal on Hwy 58 around 11 am on Saturday, May 14th. All we wanted was #1 (4 Krystal’s, fries and a drink. We were acknowledged 2x but no one ever took our order. One young lady was too busy on her cell phone to take our order. The other young lady just kept telling her “I got your back “ and the guy making the burgers was too concerned as to what they were doing. I guess we just weren’t important enough to take our order. It is a shame that customer service is no longer a thing. We left, without ordering, and will never be back.

This Krystals is the best in all of the Chattanooga area. Our food is always fresh, & they never leave anything out of our bag. If you ask for extra they dont act as if it's the end of the world. Friendly fairly fast service considering they are a one window krystals. I have been very impressed everytime I've been here. We travel from signal all the way here instead of using signal Mountain blxd or hixson pike krystals. Worth the wait. Great job staff.

My granddaughter is a Krystal's fan so we visit frequently. I do like the burger, especially the chopped onion they use and the steamed bun. The Krystal Sackful is a good value. I'm not a fan of the onion rings as they were too greasy as are the fries. The chili cheese pup was good as there was a generous amount of chili, and one can be filling.The milk shakes are pretty good, especially try the Oreo shake.

Would have been perfect with nice pippin hot freshly made double cheese Krystal and strawberry shake if it hadn't had taken so long in drive thru line, but due to dinning room closures due to yet again COVID. It was to be expected really ,yet still disappointing! Service was very friendly and helpful, polite and thoughtful. She seemed to be glad to be there working regardless of the ever building line behind me. This was a joy to see these days so 4 star rating it is and all employees should take notice of the mid day drive thru lady @ hwy 58 Krystal. Thanks for doing your job and doing it well!

Just went thru the drive thru & asked if they had any FRESH chili cheese pups. The guy on the speaker said yes. Unfortunately that was not the case! I'm a nurse who works 3rd shift so I understand that most restaurants are short-staffed & I appreciate the ones who show up for work! Not only were they not fresh, one of them was face down in the box & it doesn't look like there's any cheese on them. 1 star🌟! If I could give 0 I would! Please do better!!
