Sonic Drive-in

Sitting here now 20 min and still nobody took my order. "We'll be with you soon" means something else here!!! It's not so that nobody could see me. Parked directly in front. And everybody is saying that for a while now. How long does the management need to fix this "we'll be with you soon" problem??? Looks like that the management need fixing first!!! 35min now and still nobody took my order. I am leaving now, thanks for wasting my time!!!

It was an overall good experience, but my husband only ordered a drink along with my and our child's meal. And, they forgot the drink. It took us two calls, ordering another one and waiting for 30 minutes after we got our order for his drink. But, overall it was good. They are pretty fast at getting people in and out. Just a bit under staffed like everyone is.

This has not been the first time I have had a bad experience with this Sonic on Brainerd road. I have before ordered food and food has been cold and not prepared properly. Food was not exactly what I ordered and again this time the food was not hot. After trying to call to get an answer about my food there was no answer and I continue to call several times and still no answer!!!! This place is never a hit or miss, it's always a miss!!!!

Absolute worst location ever. Tried to DoorDash & UberEats from here 3-4 times and order was ALWAYS wrong and missing items, sometimes the food was terrible. Like corndogs you could hammer nails with. Avoided them for a long time, then went there just for drinks, thinking 'How could they mess that up?' Red light blinked for 5min until they offered to take our order - with one other car there, which was loudly talking with a worker. Then unhelpful voice says they are out of strawberries, frustrating but 'What other fruit do you have?' Total silence. Speaker went dead, nobody came out. We drove away. Their last chance wasted 15min of life I want back. How is this location even still open?!

I try not to give bad reviews because I understand the stress of the service industry, but this is just asinine. I waited 10 minutes after pressing the button, got no response, and then ordered through the app. After 20 minutes I pressed the button again to be informed that the kitchen was backed up and I needed to hold on. Many cats were in and out of the drive-thru before I was even helped. Many other cars were helped in the spots as well before I even saw my food. This is not the way you run an establishment of any kind. I’m going to be late for my meeting, and I can’t just go through the drive thru at this point because I’m checked into a stall. I’m just annoyed.
