I came here excited to try a Philly from Charley’s after the wife raved about them. We have tried all the Philly sandwiches from everywhere else, so I gave it a shot. The sandwich was not good at all. The meat was over cooked and there was not enough cheese to cover all of the meat. My daughter spit it out it was so bad. The fries were solid, but definitely not worth coming back.
Update:
The local manager reached out to make this right. Went back to get the same combo and it was MUCH better.

Ordered a sandwich forgot to ask for a large so they upsized me for free. That's a big deal while going through one of the worst economic times in our countries history

I ordered off of grubhub Over cooked, dried, gross. Didn't make my sub right. Unedible. Fries were good. I won't order this poison again. You shouldn't either.

We ordered a philly cheesesteak and chicken philly this week. The meats were dry and overcooked. There was literally no onions, peppers or cheese on either. We've eaten at numerous locations around the country and they were always delicious. Not here!!

I got the #7 Philly Cheesesteak (no mushrooms) with "ultimate" fries. Delicious sandwich, great fries, quick service. I keep coming back to Charley's whenever I'm in the food court. It never disappoints. 👌

The food is delicious but the service sucks! Just order and ignore the rush attitudes or whatever happens to you at the cash register.

I've been eating here literrally for 30 years. I love this place. Their sandwiches are very good. My favorite is the ham and cheese straight off the grill. I don't eat fries alot bit when I do they are very food as well. A quality I like alot is that I see them prepare my food roght kn front of me. Prices are fair service is quick and for the most part the staff is super friendly. Always clean. 10 star from me.
