Jersey Mike's Subs

Second time I’ve been disappointed by this location. I added pics and they should tell it all. I ordered through grub hub and the bread threw me off it was so white and it doesn’t look like it was baked all the way. The bread was so soaked from the vinegar that it stuck to the paper. I’m definitely contacting Grubhub to get my money back. I will not order from here again. I tried to call but nobody answered between 7:30-8:50pm Please management reach out to me because y’all need to do better

We placed a catering order for delivery to an event on a Saturday morning, and everything arrived as requested and ahead of schedule. All of the guests commented that they enjoyed their subs, and everything tasted very fresh. My compliments to Paula and her team for helping to make our event a success!

Unsanitary. Staff has masks around ears but not face as the lean and hover right over the food you’re about to eat. One seasoned associate really knew his stuff when it came to how to prepare the sandwiches and gave great experience tips, but insists that their asthma prevents them from wearing a thin surgical mask and allowing their face full of open sores to hand over the meat they’re slicing. Leaves me to wonder what other sanitation protocols are being skipped that I’m not seeing. I politely asked them (while masked throughout the duration of my visit) to wear a mask at least while they’re breathing over customer’s orders, but the message didn’t get through. I’m not asking for the world or anything unreasonable. Your masks are already on your head, at least wear them while making and being around food. This is how disease is spread. I’m only asking you to think about others and the well-being of our society. Good luck.

Chipotle steak sandwich taste nothing like chipotle, the steak had no flavor and the bread was not even toasted, the sandwich was so bad I I couldn't finish the first bite, ive worked in restaurants like this 8 years during high school and college, I don't blame the kids they have working there, they were awesome, and they did an outstanding job, but I do leave this bad comment and rating here not to be a bad customer, far from it ! But to actually hopefully get some management level or higher folks to pay attention and invest some time in recipe development and ingredient resourcing. Expensive sandwich also, very disappointed.

Crazy expensive but good sandwiches. For 2 giant subs (which is equivalent to a foot long at subway plus a little more) cost $30! Limited toppings but the simplicity actually made it very good. And I like to eat and can eat a foot long at subway but took me a couple days to eat this sandwich. Perhaps worth the money? Friendly staff too
