Firehouse Subs

Food was good! Cashier not so much! Had a " I'm better than everything" attitude and was a bit short with us. Like she didn't have time to waste on us. And we had just walked thru the door, and was looking at the menu. Food has always been excellent at every location I've been to, and the staff is usually very helpful and nice. Maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. But I just didn't care for her attitude or her customer service skills. Otherwise would've given 5 stars!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Person at the register was nice. I asked for a side of vinegar and oil. My food was brought out to my table. Food was hot and tasty and I had the side of oil & vinegar I requested. Only thing I would recommend a customer doing is getting salt and pepper at the drink area. I always have to add a little to my sandwich at any Firehouse Subs. This is not their fault. They give you plenty of food and you get your money's worth..I just feel their food needs a little "extra" for taste. Oh and by the way, they have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine! Which I love. All in all I would return and I would bring a friend.

When I pulled up '' the cook'' was standing outside the front door, smoking. He then came in to prepare my order. I did not see him wash his hands,but I was ordering and may have missed it. (I don't think so). He did wear gloves, and made 2 steak sandwiches which I took home. I am literally 3 minutes away from restaurant and sandwiches were cold and bread was soggy. This only the second time to try them, because the first trip was also a bust. I did call to speak to the owner, who did return my call, but I did not speak to him. Busy at the time. So.... Never again...

Good sub. This time I got a sub sandwich called The Engineer, turkey cheese, mushrooms, lettuce tomato. Delicious! On the road traveling, and there wasn't a place to eat in sight, seen a little firehouse subs joint...clean, quick + they bring your order to your table. Again had the cherry limeade drink. Good meal, full.
