Food was great! But the kitchen needs some management. They brought our food out one piece at a time. My wife was through with her meal before I ever got mine. Whatever happened to it all arriving at the same time? Teddy was great. He did a great job.

The food was good. Red Lobster used to be an exciting event for the whole family, not so much anymore. The wait staff just like all restaurants now suffer from stimulitus. The apathetic attitude most servers contracted during the ",stay home hide in your basement era
This administration has taken the life out of the dining experience no matter where you are. I have never mixed administration policy with my reviews but this is as sad as it is obvious.

My husband and our daughter went in to eat it was a little after 5 pm. We got seated and it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to appear. She took out drink order and it took another 15 minutes for her to bring the drinks back. I had to ask about the special for the day. She told us, and so we ordered. My husband and I got the endless shrimp and our 1 year had chicken tenders and fries. While we were waiting on the main course I asked kindly for a drink refill for my husband and I and asked for some more biscuits. My husband never got his refill and it took 5 times before she brought biscuits. Our food finally arrived and we of course seen our waitess it felt like avoid us like the plague. When she came back we asked for another shrimp order. She brings it all on one plate instead of two. I advised her that he didn't receive his order that is when she advised it was on one plate. We're so disgusted at how we were treated that we won't be back. Couldn't find a manger to complained about the incident. So never again will we visit there.

From our entering to placing our order was quick and polite. Our server was attentive and able to explain and answer our menu questions. Appetizers presented quickly and a side from the lack of plating style tasted great. but since like all chain restaurants most dishes come ready to reheat and are easy to serve up. So my main dish, the Lobster was in fact over cooked. The salmon was perfect, the shrimp also very good. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our server Aryana was very nice. And only a few technical errors kept them for a perfect 5.

My daughter and i build our own plates, were good for the price. Husband bought Bar Harbor dish. Pasta seafood dish. Super tasty. It's what i wanna order next. Hixson location.

we were sat at a table rapidly. that part was good but...the flies in the restaurant were gross and a nuisance. we asked to be moved away from the flies but the next table we were moved to was just as gross. the food was decent though. the shrimp rangoon with crab was delicious.

Got the 3 entrees with 2 sides and shared amongst the 3 of us. It was the perfect amount of food and we saved money by sharing. Always good food at red lobster
