As a photographer, Bread & Butter is one of my favorite local businesses! Everything is made in house, and they are always experimenting with new recipes! This is the perfect spot to pick up sandwiches on the go or a tasty baguette for dinner! I couldn't recommend them more!

This place really deserves 5 stars, but mushrooms are used in almost all of their vegetarian options and some of us vegetarians don't like mushrooms in everything. I went in for a vegetarian quiche and the only vegetarian/vegetable quiche that they serve is a mushroom quiche. It would be nice if something like a broccoli, bell pepper, onion quiche was available or a combination of other vegetables instead of just mushrooms. Other than that, I am definitely in love with this bakery. Their cheesy grits, olive loaf, and roasted garlic sourdough breads have convinced me that regular store bought bread is no longer worth my time 😁. I have driven 12 miles out of my way just to have their gruyere & mustard scones, their lemon poppy seed scones.... OH, and the focaccia bread with veggie toppings are just sinfully delicious 😋. I absolutely love this place. Note to owner: please expand your vegetarian quiche options to more than just mushrooms. Besides that, I am a fan of everything you all make there. I have a delightful experience with each new (new to me) menu item I try. I will definitely stay a repeat customer.

THEE best bakery! Croissants are flaky, buttery and definitely worth the money. The almond croissant is perfection. My husband buys them for me like flowers. I am very happy to have this bakery in my neighborhood.

Moving back to Chattanooga from Cali. I could not find good sour dough bread. I found it today. This bread is very tasty sour dough. It’s not as sour as San Francisco (Boudin) but it’s good enough for my son. He loves it; so do I. It’s hard on outside; very soft on the inside. This will be where I come to get bread for the foreseeable future if sour dough is needed.
This bread was way better then we expected to find in Chattanooga. It’s a little better then Boudin in some aspects; like the softness inside. It was fluffy feeling. In most cases; we are finding Chattanooga to be way better then California.

Delicious croissants, but don't touch the glass because you'll get scolded. Although I touched the door, doorknob, and the money to pay I was scolded for touching the glass display. "Now I'll have to sterilize it again." " I'm sorry!" "That's OK but don't do it next time."

Foccicia bread was great. Maple apple scone was not very maple or apple. Very bland. Service was very good. Prices are a little high but aren't they everywhere.

I purchased 3 loaves of Sourdough Bread from B and B.
The bread was frozen solid and when it thawed was not
edible.
Most people would assume that a Bakery would have fresh
baked goods. Not this Bakery!
When I contacted the store about my complaint I was told
"Sorry for You" even though I offered to bring back all l3 loaves
for a full refund.
I contacted by phone and asked for a phone call back about the
complaint. But the person didn't even call me back instead sending
an email saying that they have this bread sent from San Fran
and that they do not claim to make fresh baked loaves of bread.
This is BAD CUSOTMER SERVICE.

Another long awaited establishment Red Bank deserves. Their bread & their pastries are amazing, I stop in almost every Saturday after dropping my recycling off in North Red Bank & I always grab a Bacon Baguette! I also recommend the garlic loaf 🤤
