Chili's Grill & Bar

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. After ordering, we recieved drinks and the appetizer; however, we waited an hour for food we never received. When we told the manager we would pay for what we DID receive before leaving, he tried to get us to pay for another party's bill after discovering that our waitress mistakenly gave that other party our total bill to pay for. We didn't have to pay for anything in the end, but it was a very frustrating experience.

I went there last May before going to the aquarium. It was nice. The food was good and it was a good experience at first. During our meal there was a seemingly homeless man wandering the area talking to no one, which is no big deal... until he came up to our table in outdoor seating and began screaming at us when we had no prior interaction or contact with him. The man was screaming and crying (unsure over what) and threw our drinks at us while cussing us out. We were just relaxing and didn't start anything. When we refused to fight him he went to another table and attacked 3 black men who were doing the same as us and just enjoying the day outside. They felt threatened and fought back because he was threatening them. After it happened they ran away before the cops showed up as some people were taking the side of the attacker because he was white. Eating there presents a risk to you and shows the blatant racism of people in the area. They also offered no consolation (comped meals, a gift card, an apology.... nothing) to us or anyone else sitting in the outdoor area who were also affected.

If there was a zero on here, that's what they would get. Horrible service. The waitress was rude and was rushing everyone to place their order because she was more concerned with her other table she was serving. She gave our ticket to another table, and they paid it not knowing, and we never got our food after sitting there for over an hour. The manager wanted us to pay for the other party's food because of the waitress mixing up the tickets, when we never even got our food to begin with. The AUDACITY. Needless to say, we didn't pay for anything and left. Never again!!

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants until four or five times in a row they either shorted my food or completely left out an item. Tried calling but when you ask to speak to a manager and give a reason the call never transfers. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service. Don’t eat here or at the very least go do a different location.
