Well… it’s Starbucks. There’s a wait… it is what it is. Not good at all, like there was absolutely no sense of urgency or regard for the customers time… but whaddya gonna do? It would have been nice for the Baristas to hustle just a bit more. Expect at least a 30-45 minute wait… which is crazy for one drink… unless you MOBILE ORDER!

Honestly, this is the worst Starbucks in terms of timely and quality service. My iced americano with "extra almond milk" on the label had none. And that was after waiting 30 minutes (for a 12-19 minute long expected wait) to get it. The barista didn't say anything but looked at the label and added the almond milk. The saving grace of this Starbucks is that it is such a great place to sit on my laptop and be productive.
In the end, I did get a really great drink, but if you expect a friendly, efficient store, this ain't it.

Bad enough the cashier can’t get the order right but being extremely rude about it was the worst. Incompetent and rude. If there is a McDonald’s or any other alternative go there so your day is not start out on a bad note. Dealing with terrible attitudes before you have coffee is pretty difficult.

This location has been good for literal years. Whenever I visit, I enjoy ordering a drink and then sitting with my drink in the adjacent hotel lobby. It feels like I'm on Titanic - minus all of the death.

There wasn't a thing out of order in the lobby during our visit. There wasn't a wait and the staff waited patiently as we decided. The bathroom was clean. There was an upstairs lounge area that we didn't go up to but it looked like the perfect place to hang out or study away from the main floor where other customers would order. With everything in order, how could I not recommend this Starbucks?

Great employees! Came in with a birthday reward that wasn't working on the app and they were great and super helpful. They were super flexible in changing a drink to a frappe. Great experience.

Had a great experience here last week! The employees cared about keeping their customers happy, were very efficient and were very kind. I was with a friend and her drink was not quite right, they remade it, no question. We appreciated their professionalism as well!
