Kfc

First time back since they remodeled this location, aesthetically it is quite pleasing to look at. I decided that I wanted to try the new crispy chicken sandwich, and unfortunately I was disappointed. The only thing crispy about the sandwich? Was the pickle. Although the flavor you expect from KFC was there, the commercial and photograph do not depict what you actually get. Yes the chicken was juicy, and yes it had those flavors that you expect from KFC but? A little disappointing.As far as customer service is concerned, the guy on the intercom taking the order didn't seem overly enthusiastic to be at work. Maybe he was having a bad day? They were OUT of tenders and sandwhiches!! WHAT!!!! Then they gave me wrong order, a bowl, then I had to wait at the window for my son's food!!! Ridiculous!! Usually, never have a problem. But they don't communicate with person taking order!! Ordered the Sandwhich Combo, got to window and they said THEY WERE OUT! Need to communicate or use TEAM WORK and if something has run out, EVERYONE working in the kitchen should know!! Like I said food is Usually really good. But the Manager or Owner need to train their employees... TO WORK AS A TEAM!!! When I got my son's order, they left out 2 biscuits and Mashed Potatoes!! I dad , Forget it, I'm leaving!!!!

It's not even about the food! I just spent $100 at this place.... A HUNDRED DOLLARS! All I asked was for 3 wings to be swapped for TWO breasts! I ordered 48 wings for the love of God I don't need or want 3 more wings! I don't eat them and only one of my boys east them. I PROMISE this is the LAST time I spend 1 penny much less $100 at this KFC I will drive to Dalton first!

While they have restructured and look awesome. Service is lacking. Ordered a sandwich meal and a three piece tenders. Guy taking orders was more into trying to entertain everyone instead of customer service. Yes they had a full drive thru so instead of showing pictures and trying to convince ppl not to order new menu items, he should as the leader built his team up and lead them as a leader. Waited 35 minutes for items previously stated. Ask for money back and he didn't even try to save the business. Just said I told you there was a15 minute wait. Yes he did. But in the meantime ppl after me with bigger orders got their food. 35 mins minus the 15 minute wait means I gave him 20 extra minutes. In which time he could have said sorry its taking a little longer.

Don't order food from this place!!! The little twerp manager doesn't care 1 bit if the order you received is correct or not. Food was cold food was also missing and all we received was a total attitude in return.. wasn't worth the 68.00 dollars. Would eat gas station chicken before ever doing this again....

Good was hot and good the only problem was a rude customer lady giving the young cashier a hard time she couldn't understand that on a Friday night with drivethru around the building may be out of crispy chicken for a while she had on scrubs so I'm sure people don't have to wait where she works......
