Please speed it up. Literally waiting almost an hour for Big House Breakfast. Now I've been eating at HH for almost 25 years. Something's up when your House is NOT packed and one single person waits this long. Sat down at busier Waffle King in Chats, ordered and had my platter in 15 minutes max. So disappointed HH! Be better.

Friendly service. I think the staff was mostly new, so while our orders were correct for the most part, I won't be one to complain for the few little things that was missing or not how it would be made normally. The ladies there were all working super hard and we appreciate them! The food was great and our server was so sweet!

Charlene is a keeper. She was our cook/waitress /cashier and greeter. No one else showed up for work. Our meal was delicious. We appreciated her and her boss should too. Someone that works that hard and doesn't complain deserves a raise. (A big one)

The worst place I've ever been to ever. Poor service we order 30 mins later they said we third in line. They where service door dash instead of the customer there, POOR MANAGEMENT

Ginger was our waitress and she was very respectful and our food came in a timely manner. Always asked if we were good. Drinks never ran out. And food was good. She is an amazing waitress and has a great attitude. We are there every week.

I went in for breakfast only one family in the restaurant so no employees for about 10 minutes did she gives me a glass of tea and said she'll be back after about 12 minutes two Hispanics come into the restaurant she comes out of the back room and takes their order after I'd been sitting there for about 20 minutes how do you take somebody's order when they just walk in over som me

Waited over an hour just to order...really wanted an omelet. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, we left. They were still cooking food for others who were there before us! Ours, of course, not even thought of being started yet.
