Sonic Drive-in

We pushed the button on the order window for service, waited 10 min no service ! Attempted to go through the drive through no one at the window and car in front of us sitting there talking to someone. There was a bus there but it was leaving and kids were running everywhere. We got there at 8 pm still open til 10. Very dissatisfied. I understand short staffed , I worked this type of job when I was younger if you are busy just let someone know be with them soon. So no excuses please .

I love the food at Sonic except for the Blasts, I don't know why people like them. The vanilla ice cream is bland and the add-ins are minimal. The first time I had one I thought it was just a one off but no. I got a Butterfinger Blast the other day and it was horrible. There were a few bits mixed in and some crumbles on top but mostly it was vanilla ice cream. That wouldn't have been so bad if the ice cream was a good quality ice cream but it was not. The people at Sonic who decide the Blast menu need to go to Dairy Queen to see what good ice cream tastes like.

I went to 2 different booths with no luck so I got in line to tell them my order. I finally got to make my order .... In the middle of my order I was told sorry but she was only manager on duty and she had to take a phone call!!! WHAT!!!! THEY don't train others working those to take orders??? Come on now!!! Food was so so!! Airport Blvd in Dalton is A Lot Better!!

These girls are the rudest and inconsiderate for providing service and customer help. Especially the skinny short on with a long face, no sonic uniform too. We Were at the order sign for 20 minutes, got stares, 3 + girls talking/standing around on the kitchen. No uniforms worn. What they did wear looked not approiate to work in. Drive thru back up and car in spaces not getting waited on. A (1) employee did say, that was nice enough to come and answer why we never got waited on, they were taking an order and when they got through they would get with us, they never did. All we wanted was milkshakes to go. We never got waited on and left. I would never go back there and never refer them to anyone.

Think this Sonic needs to management….. I have worked for Sonic and when they try and tell me that they can only take drive threw orders till no one’s there and can’t assist anyone in stalls or on patio I know it’s a lie 🤦‍♀️ There were so many people leaving cause they weren’t getting helped. Online orders even took forever but unfortunately that was our go to cause after 30 mins we had had enough!
