Durus Kebab House

Haven’t eaten here before but this is now my new Kebab shop!! Ordered a lamb shish with a skewer of peppers mushrooms and onion. Most kebab shops grill the meat and the veggie skewer over a naked flame using a gas grille. Not this place, they suspend the meat over hot charcoal so it retains its juicy flavours and doesn’t end up like some dried up bit of leather like most kebab shops. They even put the great selection of salad in it’s own container so it doesn’t make the pitta bread wet and mushy. The meat was so tender and juicy, I won’t eat anywhere else now!! Well done guys and look forward to eating from you again..👍👍

Absolutely banging. Just had a 4hr long drive home and only place that was open 🤤 did not disappoint at all, the meat is just like the old school sandhus from back in 2005! Think this will be my go to place now, especially for late night kebab when the only other place that's open is McDonald's 😑 Absolutely would recommend

I have nothing but praise for this takeaway, unfortunately it seems that most of the complaints centre around having uber eats deliver or just deliveries, . Its so easy to blame the invisible supplier. I go to Durus always very happy to see me and I'm a regular I would not go anywhere else, foods good tasty and hot. We've been made lazy by these dubious services, if you have a problem get out of your chair and show them the problem not chuck it in the bin then complain. We should go back to the way it used to be get it yourself then perhaps we would not have so many obese people sitting in their chairs complaining on their phones.
