New parking rules had initially created some confusion but people are getting used to it . First 90 minutes are free , it’s very easy to pay through the app .

Big shopping mall just a stone throw from the universities in Kent. It is strategically located by England coastal area, making it a great vicinity for both shopping & leisure.
Popular brands in food & fashion are well represented and it's a market for every category of people - rich vs not-so-rich, fashion-shy vs fashion aristocrats etc

A bit different than other malls with unique stalls running along the middle something different. Along with more traditional shops.
A great shopping centre

This is a quiet shopping centre. But it has very good options for shopping. Has spacious parking lot. I love this place. It makes me sad when any shop is closing due to shortage of customer.

Went here the last time today. Parking charges are being introduced at the end of the month. None of the traders I spoke to Are too happy about it. I guess Medway Council will be happy to loose the tax revenue from all the businesses that will leave or go bankrupt.

Not great for where to park directions but eventually we found it OK. Was spread over a large area but we came in from the back so it looked like it wasn't finished! Could do with that being sorted but it was nice being by the docks.

Visited the centre with the intention of visiting the range. Loads of lovely interior and garden stuff at really cheap prices. Also loved the gift shop which is also in the centre. Tbh not loads of shops but a great m&s outlet. Also plenty of places to eat including Taco Bell, creams, nandos, KFC plus others and a couple of street food vans.

Quite a few of the shops within the centre have closed down. There's an Iceland inside the Range store on the ground floor with the pet and garden section. Also lifts available for disabled to the 1st floor where there is a wonderful cafe. Home furnishings, lighting, arts and crafts section. Towards the back is the Furniture and homewares with camping section. My only concern is lack of any staff on the 1st floor if you want assistance. If you are disabled I'd highly recommend taking someone along with you especially if you're needing help carrying or lifting items. Please note that hardly any baskets and lack of trolleys available.
