Shout out to the entire staff for picking up the overflow from the disastrous Madison location for months. Especially today Christmas Eve, Madison decided not to open and this Chatham location was EXTREMELY overwhelmed. .the wait time was long but could not be helped. The volume and traffic were at epic levels. The staff remained calm, diligent, and completely focused on making sure everyone was being served. They worked so hard and were so polite in an unequivocally difficult situation.
Everybody who worked today deserves a huge bonus!

Drive through line usually has a very long wait and no spots are available in lot, but their early hours are convenient and the staff is always very friendly.

Ignore all the negative comments. The staff at this location work ridiculously hard. I am a regular. Most of the staff know me by name. Greet me by name. On the rare occasion there's ever an issue they are more than happy to fix it. They are cheerful, pleasant and accommodating all through covid-19. The comments below are absurd. Just the rudest clientele who over expect and are so entitled. I've frequently been so impressed at how the staff have handled many situations I've witnessed. The staff deserve medals for putting up with some of these customers.

Cozy atmosphere; great location for meet-ups, quiet enough to study or conduct a business meeting. Lots of parking and of course, free wifi.

Quick service and no line--wait, it's because I used the order-in-advance feature in the Starbucks App. Don't want to sound like an advertisement here, but that has been a time-saving game changer. And this store is ready to fulfill your order when it comes. The location is at a nice crossroads and has good access. I'll be back for sure.

It is big enough and has work/study space. Since it has drive thru, sometimes service inside the store could be slow because they give preference to the window. It has parking lot so is in general I like it.
