There is nothing like a great treat like Annie's when your body is asking for a little something salty. A dash of butter and salt is all that's needed. My #2 was fresh and made to order. The young ladies working at the time where very sweet and competent at their jobs. Only thing I need to check on now is there soft served ice cream. Until then enjoy!

Messed up our order twice and served at least 8 customers before they got to our order. Guy working the register asked for our receipt AFTER he took it from us and threw it away. Maybe if he took out his airpods he could hear better.

Such great service. I have never been taken care of so well before by a food place in the mall. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The manager was very professional and runs an amazing store. The team works great together and the pretzels are delicious! Overall great time! 10/10 I highly recommend.

I went up for some pretzel nuggets after Great American Cookies didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies and there were no pretzel nuggets, I almost cried. After expressing that I just was not having a good day, one of the ladies working gave me a pretzel on the house and told me to have a good day.

Stood in line for 30 minutes with only three people in front of me, got to place order and they are out of just about everything and didn't offer to make it either. Slow service that don't know what they are doing, the girl at the register had to ask the other girl Everytime she done anything. If there was a zero star I would give it.
