Normally staff is pretty pleasant here, though cleaning could definitely use an improvement. Tried mentioning a mess that has been there for a few days (to a short blonde female with glasses) and was told she cleaned it herself yesterday but having been a customer for more than 6 months now I (and believe others as well) would disagree with what is being considered clean or sanitary..if that is considered clean I won't be returning.

On Christmas Day I was sent out for half and half. Tried everywhere, but of course nothing was open. Went into this store as a Hail Mary, and though they didn’t have any for sale, Sarah and another woman (who didn’t have a name tag on) let me get a bunch of the little cups for coffee. I then tried to buy a cup of coffee, and Sarah didn’t charge me.
It was a nice gesture, a note of kindness in a normally impersonal context. This is how you do customer service, and I’ll remember it. Happy New Year to you guys.

I visit pretty regularly. I get greeted and treated pretty well. The food is okay, like shopping the frozen-then-heated section of a grocery, the prices are a little high, the selection is pretty good, the rewards program is a ridiculous joke. I sign in every purchase to gain points, and am always amazed, comparative to other venues, how little value is gained by sharing my purchase data. It's like 'Hey, you've been shopping here regularly for six months, spent hundreds, and you earned $10 in sev-points!" Wawa has you beat in just about every category, but in rewards systems, it's a slaughter. I visit because it's on the way and familiar, but for no other reason. You have nostalgia and convenience on your side, and that's not bad.

Ice machine needs to be cleaned came on 2 separate occasions. Notified cashier that machine is moldy and black mold is coming out stuck to ice as well as in ice formation. Machine needs to be chemically cleaned by a professional. Today told manager and showed her the mold. She didnt care or seemed concerned her only concern was i put it in the small 711 cooler that i purchased from there. Not the fact everyone that comes and gets a drink puts it in their cup and will ingest the particles and get sick... This ice machine needs attention immediately. Black mold ingested will cause serious illness if not death. I will be filing a report with the health department.
