After waiting for 15-20 minutes to order/get out food at the drive through, they didn't get my order right. We were already on the interstate when I realized. Paid for food I didn't get.

Awesome Teamwork. I dine inside and it's a pleasure to watch these folks working together as a unit. I don't frequent the Wendy's in my town, but when I'm in Charlottesville I dine in every chance I get.

Its fine. Quicker than the downtown one but often out of frostys which is like 80% of why i choose Wendy's over others.

Nuggets and fried was so cold by the time I got hot fries the rest of my food was cold. Not a good experience. 😕

Pulled up to window at 7:40 waiting and called to see if they were open. No sign saying they closed earlier. Cashier in store said they was open. Nobody answered. Waiting 10 mins.

The cashier there is very friendly and personable. Went there twice since visiting VA. He was my cashier both times. Seemed to know his customers and have good rapport with them. Just thought his hard work should be acknowledged. Not sure of his name but he works PM shift. The hospitality is definitely appreciated from this out of towner 😉
