Buffalo Wild Wings

In a word......terrible. I was looking forward to some BWW tonight with a cigar and a nice drink. I ordered buffalo flavor and mango habanero. When I got home with my order I could barely tell which was which. There was so little sauce on both orders that there was no way to tell the two apart. Also the chicken looked as if it had been sitting around for a bit and someone slapped a little sauce on it to get it out the door. Maybe a previously cancelled order.....who knows. When I called to complain I got a message saying they were busy. Listen, if you are short staffed because of the pandemic and can't meet minimum expectations then please close your restaurant until you do or allow someone else to do it for you. Terrible. Update: went to the restaurant again and they came through big time. I hate giving bad reviews because it affects everyday working folks. Im here tonight with family and friends and everything is great. Thanks Bdubs Charlottesville..

Here for lunch and then poor bartender is useless as you know what on a bull. He's nice as how but only has 2 speeds... Slow and Slower. Oh and white I'm writing this, a semi correct order showed up. C'mon man, get your act together!!! And I hope.mgmt can get him to step it up. This is NOT Jerk and medium with blazing side!

My boyfriend and I were really disappointed by the bar tending service. The first glass of double shot Jack was dirty which lead to the discoloration of the liquor, so we ordered a second shot and then the difference emanated. Poor quality control check of the utensils. In the spirit of being a fiduciary guide in Charlottesville, the manager remade the drink. Overall the food was cold, and the bar tending quality could be better. Minor things, that can be addressed if the owner or manger engages the day to day operations.

I recently dined in at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlottesville VA. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the all American burgers and wings. After we ordered it did not take long to get our food. It was hot and delicious. Would I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings for a meal? Yes. I will be heading back there for dinner again soon.

The burgers are the best kept secret at this traditionally wing oriented sports bar. The burgers are hot, juicy, and delicious, paired with the crispy hot fries or tots, and a cold draft beer, Buffalo Wild Wings burgers are definitely in my top five all time burgers. The wings, as always were hot and crispy, complimented by the best wing sauces in the industry. The management and employees are professional and very friendly. This Gander Drive location will now be my favorite sports watching hangout.

We love this location! The service and food quality around C-ville has been declining rapidly since cvd hit and no one seems to be immune- however- we have consistently been able to come here and get yummy food with friendly service! I am so glad we have a place where all our (picky eaters) kids have something on the menu they love and we all leave with full bellies and happy smiles! Oh- and they actually know how to make sweet tea correctly! (Yes, this is a really big deal for me!) Keep up the great work!
