Burgers were extremely undercooked. They messed up our order to the max. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and two burgers. We received 3 burgers, and one chicken sandwich. Two of the burgers was practically raw. Some employees weren’t wearing masks. The employees that wearing masks weren’t covering their nose. This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint me.

Straight out of the bag from getting my order, minimum fries, cold and taste half done. Pitiful☹ I keep wasting my $$ there. Gets worse every visit, while I be thinking it will get better.

This was challenging today. Did a carry out order through the app and it took literally 20 minutes to get filled. Grabbed the bags and headed home. Only to find 75% of the order was wrong (ex: cheeseburger vs plain burger, double stack had everything on it etc). And to top it off, no straws. The only bright point was the manager-she seemed truly apologetic about the wait.

The service and food is really hit or miss. Sometimes you run into staff with attitude, sometimes you catch them when they're in a good mood and pleasant. I've experienced ridiculous wait times in an empty line, and sometimes sat at the order menu for a good minute before anyone acknowledged I was there. Sometimes the food is sloppily thrown together. A few times I've gone through the line during advertised open hours to find they're closed -or at least not responding to drive-thru customers.

Half the time they do a good job. But often I find the customer service here sucks. And they constantly mess my meal up or don't know they have run out of something. I also find that no one is ever watching the counter. So you could be standing up there ready to order for quite awhile. This place just sucks. Which is very unfortunate because I love Wendy's food.

I give 5 stars on service alone! The food is generic Wendy's material, however, when accompanied by excellent customer service it becomes an experience.
Danielle (who I assume is a manager based on the way she handled herself) was very welcoming and did not mind the complicated requests. She always answers my questions and never forgets the sauce.

If I could give a lower score, I would. We got Wendy's today and the fries had hair and fuzz in them while my hamburger had a bite mark (with missing hamburger) in the patty. Pretty grossed out and with the health concerns we are dealing with, it is sort of scary that this is what is considered to be acceptable.
