Great idea in theory, but still lots of issues in execution. I got a roots and mushroom bowl, but none of the grains were cooked (not dry, they weren't cooked!).

I knew B. Good when they were just starting out in Boston. They've grown a bit and feel more like a nicer fast-casual chain now in some ways, but we were very pleased with our recent visit where we ate mostly off the seasonal summer menu. The BBQ chicken bowl was nourishing and refreshing, the Mac side was super yummy, and the strawberry basil blended ice was delicious without being overly sweet. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We don't mind waiting a few more minutes for our food, it's worth it.

Service was slow and not personable. (A Kroger semi truck arrived, unloaded, and left all while we were at the restaurant) We had to wait for someone to come up to the cash register to accept our coupon after all 3 on the cook line avoided eye contact. Darius came up and took our order. After 20 minutes, he came to make sure we received our food and we had not. He went a checked and after surrounding tables were alerted their food was ready and I went and checked (exactly 30 mins after we ordered). Food was finally done! Thank you to Darius for following up with us and making sure our food was finally on the cook line! The place was not busy at all. Others around us got complimentary items for their wait and we did not. Very disappointed in the service for mediocre food. The fountain root beer was the best part of our experience! We probably will not use the rest of our coupons for this restaurant and will not recommend it to others.

I visited for lunch today .The people who work here are amazing! Each one was so sweet and helpful. The butternut squash soup was too spicy for me, but they let me exchange it for sweet potato fries. I watched them bend over backward to help other customers. It made being there a joy!

Nice space but the menu needs help. I had a harvest salad with chicken. The kale was tough, the chicken was dry, and the toppings we're unbalanced with too many chickpeas and not much of the others (roasted squash, shredded white cheddar). The sherry vinaigrette was Awful due to piles of stale dry herbs and too much white vinegar. The beet vinaigrette had a beautiful pink color but almost no flavor. Overall the idea and the ingredients seem good but the execution is way off.

I went here on a very nice day and we sat outside. The food was delicious and came in a timely manner; I ordered the West Side burger and sweet potato fries. The cashier was also very nice, however they did forget one of my friend's orders, so she got her meal well after the rest of us.

Be good or be disappointed. Got a burger for a second time. Disappointed indeed. I have been here a few times and had previously ordered a bowl. The bowls are definitely the way to go! I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 10 customers here. They do, however, have outside seating and they have had live music during one of my visits, but I’m not sure if that’s a regular thing.

I just paid for the worst salad I have EVER eaten in my life! I ordered the Southwest chicken salad to go. I arrive home to eat it in 10 minutes. At least half of the lettuce was slimy & inedible. In the base of the bowl sat water that apparently dripped from some of the food. I will NEVER EAT there again. I am 67 years old and have been served many salads in my lifetime, however, this one takes the cake for being the top loser.
