I've eaten at Qdoba only a handful of times (not this location specifically every time) and I really find their food bland. No spice, no flavor, it didn't need to be throat burning spicy for me (I can't eat that anyway), but there was no savoriness to it at all. I couldn't taste any lime or cilantro in the rice, it just tasted "wet" (like it had been really overcooked and was just mushy). I had added pico de gallo and corn salsa and the fajita peppers and none of those ingredients had any flavor to them. It was a sad bowl of food.
(I didn't eat at the restaurant, so I did finish the food since I had paid for it and had no desire to throw it away. If I had been in person, I would have likely talked to your manager).
