Some clown left bunch of kids to run this place. The store is messy and not cleaned often. Workers are very loose with their attitude and language. Don’t think they are properly trained on making smoothies. Got two yesterday and had to trash both after one quick sip.

My wife and I walked in on a Friday around 11:30am and there were only 3-4 people in the store. We stood at the counter waiting to order, and after a few minutes one employee walks up to the register, then walked away without saying anything to us. A few minutes later she came back and I said “Hi” and figured she would take our order. She said “I’ll be with you in just a minute” so it sounded like we would be helped within the next minute. We kept waiting and no one came over to take our order. There were at least two employees working l, so she could have taken our order while the other(s) made the smoothies but instead we just stood there for 10-15 minutes. We started to walk out and the employees saw us and didn’t say anything so we just kept going and left.

I came here about 1-2 times a week for almost a year. The employees are consistently the most unfriendly and unwelcoming I have ever experienced. The product is good - hence why I kept coming, but I am floored that such a bad attitude was allowed to persist for such a long time.

Great drink options, lots of great flavor combinations to choose from. Understaffed when I went but still got orders done quickly. Good location, plenty of parking. They have plenty of size/quantity options to meet your wants and needs.

I ordered my smoothie online for pickup at 3:45pm on a Sunday. I arrive to pick up my order, all the lights are on, the open sign is lit up...however when I go to go inside the door is locked. I knock on the door, nobody answers, I called the phone number, nobody answers! I sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes assuming someone was on break, however no change!! I will be contacting the manager for a full refund. I would understand if there was the first time I have experienced this at this location however it is the third time out of my four visits that I have experienced such incredibly bad service from this smoothie King location.

The sign on the door upon entering advertises season pumpkin drinks are now available. No sign in the store telling what the drinks are, and if you ask, the cashier woman gets irritated and says “there’s like 5, I don’t know.” Awesome. Also, it could use some cleaning and air freshener🤮I left while my husband waited in line, just to avoid the gym locker smell.

Absolutely horrible service. Did an online order and it said ready to be picked up 25 min later. Walked in and asked the lady working where to pick up online orders. She pointed me to wait in the long order line? What's the point of online ordering then? When I finally got to the register I was informed they hadn't started working on it yet. For the ten minutes I was inside NO SMOOTHIES WERE MADE. One employee racking up new orders and one washing dishes. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a grand total near 40 minutes extra to pick up an online order that I was told was ready after 25?
