Chick-fil-a

I don't normally like giving Chic-fil-a a bad review but we ordered two gallons of sweet tea about 15 minutes on mobile order before we got there, and then waited another 20 for our order. The only one who even noticed us and was giving us any help with our order was a sweet older lady who seemed to be doing most of the work for the front register team. I think the night team could use a little help.

Extremely cramped lot. The drive-thru has 2 lanes, each lane has its own entrance (one lane you drive past the building to enter and the other lane you enter immediately turning into their lot). Difficult if you want to park and enter the building. Easier to park in the spots beside the lot, not the spots beside the building. The staff was extremely friendly, service was extremely fast, and food was hot and tasty!

First disappointing chick-ful-a visit for me. I pulled into the drive through at 9:40pm. There were 2 cars in the right lane and none in the left lane. (Mind you it wasn't blocked off). After sitting at the menu for 30 seconds an employee comes out and puts cones blocking the left drive through and lets me know the lane is closed but they'll take my order after the car to my right has ordered. After the car to my right pulls through another car pulls up and gets their order taken. I'm in no rush so waiting a few extra minutes doesn't matter. Well 4 more cars pull up and get their orders taken, and I'm still sitting waiting patiently. Finally a sixth car pulls into the right lane and gets their order started. This was at 9:50pm. At 9:51 a tornado warning gets issued. Not even 30 seconds after the warning being issues someone finally gets on the speaker and tells me they cannot take my order due to a tornado warning being issued. (Mind you the car to my right is still ordering). I was neglected for 10 minutes and got nothing. Seems like a lack of communication between employees, or I was forgotten about. Either way awful experience.

The grilled chicken sandwich had a weird beer flavored taste and the waffle fries were hard. Not like Chick-fil-A used to be.. The chicken nuggets were good. The ordering system was confusing due to employees outside taking your order with no menus available to see when you are in line. There are two lines so a menu should be available in different areas instead of having to wait to place your order until you see the menu board and hold up the line more..
