Sweet Frog Barracks

This sweet frog is very hit or miss from my experience, I've been a couple of times and they have been out of all but 3 flavors a few times before. The staff can be a bit off Standish too, one time in particular another customer asked the staff if they were planning to put more flavors in and the staff member replied that she had to clean the machines first and then proceeded to go back to staring at her phone, while customers walked out having not made purchases. Ultimately it is good frozen yogurt but I feel like it could use some better management.

this sweet frog has come a long away in a short period of time. The employees are well mannered the store is cleaner and smells cleaner as well... the yogurt taste like the machines are cleaned like they are supposed to......the new supervisor is very nice she goes above and beyond for the customers if something isn't right she fixes it immediately whoever hired her you hit on the nose we love her and how she keeps the store fresh and clean

Manager was very unprofessional after I told her that one of her employees was cussing at people in the shopping center and letting her friend speed to where someone could get hurt. I went back for my frozen yogurt and the same girl who was cussing had to ring me up. Her manager then proceeded to come in to my place of business and ban me because she said that I made her employee feel uncomfortable and that I snatched a receipt from her, WHILE we had guest ordering food from us. She wouldn’t let my manager get a word in at all and even though she made it clear she wanted to talk to my manager, I was the only one she was talking to. Bad management, bad employee.

Yogurt was decent and nice variety of toppings. However the location left much to be desired. All of the white decor may have been nice when new but now it just looks dingy. Many of the (uncomfortable) chairs were falling apart and the one I sat in evidently had some sort of topping sauce I didn't see on it and I smeared strawberry looking fluid all over my pants. Also, the 'background' jazz music that was playing was so loud I couldn't hear my son easily when talking (he was sitting right next to me and we were the only people in the store!). We will probably go to one of the other frozen yogurt options in town next time the craving hits.

Unfortunately, this was the most stomach turning Sweet frog I have been to. Floors had toppings on them, walls were dirty, toppings were mixed with each other. High chairs were dirty and tables were dirty. The worker had her kids there. They were allowed behind the counter one who was picking her nose and then sticking her finger in her mouth. I could go on but you get the picture. I will not be coming back here. Very sad because I love sweet frog.

Walked into the store today, 12/26/18,to hear loud music playing. The middle aged lady behind the counter was on her cell phone and did not look up. When we approached to pay , the lady said into the phone “hold on” , weighed the purchase and charged our card - all without acknoweding our presence. Then she went back to her conversation. We ate our yogurt in the store until the music and her attitude got to us .When we left, she was still on her cell phone unnawar of our departure. Did this woman think this was proper customer service? Did the owner not explain customer service to his employee? Does the owned even know what proper service is? We will go back to Sweet Frog but at another location - never go back to this one.

Like most sweet frogs this one is great for kids well decorated and tons of fun. The yogurt is very delicious and the toppings are always good. this is our favorite place to come as a family for dessert out. this location is actually quite large with a lot of yogurt selections. parking is not a problem at barracks road. Although the bathroom is a bit dirty. I would come back
