First, I love JJ subs!! My first visit at this one, clean store, staff professional, greeted us with a smile. I certainly appreciate the speediness that JJ subs promote zipping your order in record time, however let me finish my order before tearing the inside bread out (I actually want the extra) and attempting to make a sandwich before I get completely done. Sometimes I may choose to change condiments after initially ordering. I decided I want extra of something and my sandwich is already wrapped. I would rather have accuracy than speed. Also, my food was bagged before I could even say dining in. So there is a waste of bags because once you have it they don't take it back, so eventually prices are on the rise...
The service from the guy who took our order was friendly. He was patient as to my family of 4 not knowing exactly what we wanted right away. The lady who prepared our order did it in a timely manner. The wraps and sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We enjoyed them. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet and would've been nice to sit and eat. But there was an odor in there, I assumed it was the mats on the floor in the entrance.
My kids and I come here once a week to have dinner in between their dance classes. I always order online and it’s always ready by the time we get there. The staff are really nice and always say hi to us. I like the wraps. They’re a nice change of pace from the subs. The store is always really clean, including the restrooms.
Soooo excited this location is back open after staffing shortages from the pandemic!. I went today to get get a beach club unwich and it was made superb today! It’s always good there but extra delish today! 🤗 I called and spoke to the GM in training at the location and he believed a Teresa made my sandwich so kudos to her and the team for making me a happy patron! PS I highly recommend getting the Kickin Ranch to dip in it’s worth the extra .49 cents.
One of the best Jimmie Jones subs I've had. We went here while waiting on our car to Supercharge. Service and food was 5 stars.
Staff is always friendly. Food is always so fresh and delicious. I could eat there everyday. Very clean.

JJ's isn't my favorite sub shop, but it's close to my office and they deliver. The food always tastes great and prepared how I ordered. Deliveries are always fast and drivers have always been polite.
Most of the times I've been here they are great. I come later in the evening while most employees are just trying to stay busy and clean. I order my sub with Extra sauce topping, which I pay for $.75. However when asking the prep person assembling my sub if I'd be possible to add just a bit more, he shortly responded, " I'll have to charge you for that." I don't mind paying extra, but for a teaspoon of sauce pay double?? This kid probably needs a lesson on customer service skills. Freaky fast, but freakin rude! Just give the customer what they ask for, especially if it has already been added as an extra charge! That's what most restaurants with good customer service do.
Always a great stop to fulfil my hunger needs! They make quality and delicious meals prepared just for me in seconds, less than 35 seconds to be exact. So i definetly endorse anyone to go check out your nearest charlotte jimmy johns! Have you tasted their tasteful new Kickin Ranch, so good, from either using it to dip your chips to saucing it on my sandwich (Club Lulu #16). The staff is friendly and always ready to ensure that my service was up to my liking, if not they will gaurantee to fix it right there. So what are you waiting for? There is a FRESH and always FAST mouth watering sandwich or unwich ready just for you, or your party. Ask them about catering, i surely did! So next time there is a school soccer game, cheerleading competition, or just a family function can be easily catered with one of Jimmy Johns Platters or Box lunches without an hassle. Even got a delivery to my home within 5 mins from placing my order, can you say exceptional delievery!!!!! Check them out!
