Bria, I had a chance to speak with and she was so polite in passing along a message for the business without wasting any time. Straightforward, candid, and had a smile the whole time. Jamba Juice is huge in queens, ny and even local to my office in Long Beach, NY.

For airport food this was really good, especially the Belgian waffle that really did taste Belgian thanks to the large special sugar that is baked only into Belgian waffles. I enjoyed it and the smoothies were nourishing.

I was starving and couldn't find anything vegan near my gate and then I was lucky enough to find this place. The greens and ginger smoothie is the best smoothie that I've ever had in my life! Highly recommend if you are at the Charlotte airport.

The guy who was working by himself absolutely killed it today & was still extremely friendly even considering the long lines. They didn’t have what I wanted and he made the most similar thing & it was delicious

Still one of my favorite places to drop by to get a snack while I wait for my layover. Don't forget they have liege waffles but they call it Belgium waffles. They don't display it but it is still on the menu and don't forget to get the free boosts!

So whenever I'm traveling I make a pitstop at Concourse D in Charlotte, NC airport to THIS location of Jamba Juice.
The team that waited on me were amazing and they made my usual "XL" Greens and Ginger just the way I like it. Thank you.

I had such a memorably good experience when I went to this Jamba Juice. Usually in the airport you do not expect to see, smiling, laughing and enthusiastic people working at the food places. This Jamba Juice was an exception. It is a great place to get something to fill you up that is on the healthy side if you are going to be sitting on a plane for hours.

Felicia E is awesome! She has a bright disposition and is a pleasure to be around. However, I wish that she had more help. Often she is the only one working the morning rush..
That means she's both taking and making orders and many times, the line and wait time reflect that. Otherwise, the store is clean and the smoothies are tasty.
Today, I ordered the tumeric shot- 😋 delicious and the passionate peach with blue spirulina, which is also excellent. Previously, I've had the wheatgrass (ok) and ginger (strong) shots and a slew of other smoothies.

Great customer service, very pleasant. I had Apples n Greens smoothie and roasted tomato with feta and sandwich. Both were very decent in taste, and fresh.
