Ate here for my birthday. All the food was really amazing. I've eaten at 4 of these rodizio restaurants across the country. By far the best grilled pineapple I've ever eaten. The service was great very attentive waitress. They even gave me a free mini cheesecake for my birthday. Would definitely come back again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came last year to celebrate a special night and it was truly magical! I decided to come back last week and a host a NON FOR PROFIT dinner here. The NON FOR PROFIT is called, "My Journey To Today Foundation" which operates within the 50 States of the Union & all over internationally! The food, service, and atmosphere was one of a kind, thank you!
This Brazil Steakhouse in downtown Charlotte is so good! I like that they had a couple seafood options as well, salmon and shrimp. My favorite was the Cajun ribeye.
I came here for my brother's birthday and staff was well receiving. First time at Chimas and the food was exceptional. If you're an all meats person, you'll love the place. I recommend the grilled pineapple if they have it available.

My husband and I went for an anniversary celebration, that visit was out the first time, and it was a great experience; the restaurant is really nice; they have a salad bar with plenty of options. The service was excellent. Would definitely come back again.
We visited on Monday evening before the Panthers v Saints game and a friend's birthday. It was a great experience. The staff did a great job and the food was excellent. The birthday dessert they provided was a nice touch. We'll be back!

ITEMS: LAMB, SIRLOIN SKEWERS, PASTELS, SLIDERS w/ TRUFFLE FRIES, CAESAR SALAD, PASSION FRUIT CAIPIRINHA & MILLER LITE.
The only personal issue was that my sirloin skewers were a little under for my medium well preference.
Chelsea and Issa were a great bar duo who was focused on customer satisfaction and had great drink suggestions. (Passion Fruit Caipirinha was hitttttin')
The overall tone of the personnel here is truly a reflection of the floor manager. Applause for you, sir. From the time we stepped upstairs until the time we left, he kept a cadence of punctual efficiency, persistence, and nothing less than the best experience for the customers. This is the type of service that keeps you coming back.

Busy when we went on a Saturday night, and seated after our reservations. Food was excellent and the service was very good too. I would definitely return!

Took a father and son out that are contractors for me for his son's birthday. First time being to Chima but have tried other Brazilian style steakhouses similar to this one. The father and son had never experienced it before. It's a little pricey but you have to consider all the options you get along with a salad/appetizer bar that is enough by itself. The meats were good the seasoning is a little lacking but that's expected. If you leave here hungry it's definitely your own fault. The service was excellent. I would definitely go again. Only thing that I didn't like was the grilled self peel shrimp. It was overcooked and hard to peel. The overall experience was great though. $245 for 3 people including tip was a little high but considering inflation and the food that is offered if you're a big eater it isn't too bad.
