Hit and miss. I ordered and paid for extra sausage and a tip, and got a sprinkling. If I order again I will go and check every order s so I don't get ripped off again 🙄🙄

After trying to get ahold of the correct store in my area and speaking with a extremely rude and abrupt lady with a horrible attitude this morning at the south tryon store I gladly was able to speak wIth Briana from Shopton Rd. Thank you she was very kind, professional and helpful. I’m recovering from breast cancer surgery, and needed a delivery, she made it a very pleasant experience.

I stopped eating at Papa Johns due to the continual negative experiences I had at the store in my hometown. I recently ordered from this location and I was blown away by the overwhelming sense of thought that went into understanding my order by Ms. Terra. Customer service has gone down so much since covid and I am ecstatic to know she still takes it very seriously and makes for certain the food she serves is up to Papa Johns standards and then some! I will definitely order from this location in the future!

For the most part the pizzas are made very well. Staff members are friendly and are good about resolving delivery issues. Delivery’s take about an average of 45 mins if you are within a 10 mile radius which is fine just call sooner than planned to give your self some wiggle room. Overall great experience.

This Papa John's is the only place I order pizza from and chicken poppers 😋. My order is always accurate, looks great and tastes amazing. My delivery always gets here quicker than the time I'm given on the app. The delivery drivers I have encountered have all been friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Papa John's to anyone!

The pizza was created like it supposed to be. I order from other restaurants and they never loaded the pizza with pepperoni like I got from Papa John's. The taste of the pizza was delicious. You changed something. But I like it. Will be ordering again next time pizza is being talked about at my place.
