I ll be honest didn’t expect good quality sandwich considering low rating of the location but they surprised us. Me and my husband got Filet-O-Fish and it was great. Hope they will keep up with the quality and good work.
I had a bad experience with one of the managers that was in charge at the moment I visited the restaurant. I want to express the gratitude to the general supervisor , Mr Bunao, and the costumer service department that took action right the way and They handled the situation appropriately. Clean bathroom, SUPER friendly staff and relaxing music playing in the background.
I stopped to grab a bite before my appointment at Charlotte Ear, Nose and Throat.
Not my first choice of fast food since I avoid junk food at all costs, but in a pinch it's not bad. The drive in is a little long at times but still no real complaints.
Queen Took my order she was very friendly and asked will I be using my app which I ordered through, she was very polite and my food was also very fresh I highly recommend this location thanks
I went through the drive-through here for kid's meals and found it to be more modern and simplistic. There was no arch, but the architecture was no doubt a McDonalds. The staff was on it, and I appreciated getting a receipt that listed my order because I had one change to a happy meal. Friendly, efficient, and professional service. I like it!
Ordered a Friday free medium fry with my drink and it was this whole ordeal because they didn’t see it and had to wait past the line. The manager (I think?) came out to rectify. Seems like a whole lot over a medium fry. 😅
Been going here for 10-20 years now.
There's been ups and downs like everywhere in the US but in general its consistent, follows requests through app for modifications, and if you are nice to the people they are nice to you.
Just be understanding that they are very stressed with a lot of work to do. Sometimes that means the person handing you food will be unhappy. That's McD's MO not this place.
Due to the location it can be hard to get in & out during rush hour so it's not recommended during that time or youll have to struggle getting back to 51.
I usually just order my coffee for the week here. They usually get the order right and I always order curbside. The coffee is always fresh and, in my opinion, better than Starbucks!
