I was the only one in drive-thru, and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. I'd like to think it was due to cooking the order. Combo drinks are very small. The cashier was friendly, though.

To the guy working tonight on 6/24. He looked to be the only one there and did an awesome job. Food was good and quick and he was really nice.

Just wanted to share my experience I had with Marc today , very polite also patient although he had other customers he took his time with each one ensuring every customer was taken care of in the proper manner - I hope this does not go unnoticed because it’s hard experiencing that level of professionalism while you’re super busy
And it’s greatly appreciated

Food was great! Had a handful walking out the door and Brandon, one of the cooks helped me out to my car, definitely went the extra mile. I would have put 4 stars but I put 5 because of the excellent customer service displayed by Brandon

Best Arby's that I ever visited! The cashier(Pamela) was extremely nice & made the ordering process quick and easy. The facility was very clean and nice atmosphere. The food was made to order and arrived to our table hot in a short amount of time. I will definitely go to this location again!

The manager was keeping the team on their toes and was working hard with them. Enjoyed his sense of humor. Food was good and hot.

It's been forever since I've had Arby's. It looks like they changed and added items to the menu. I tried the chicken with bacon and swiss sandwich. It was really good. I even liked the honey mustard sauce on it which I hardly ever like. We went on a Sunday just when they opened. We got our food hot and fast. Arby's can be forgetful but their food isn't so I'll try to think about Arby's when we're craving fast food :)

Everything was nice and fresh we did have to wait and pull over for our second order. Then I was heading home and realized I didn't have my jalapeno bites. So I had to turn around and go back thank goodness I wasn't far away. But overall our food was delicious hot and that's important.
